Hello there! Thank you for watching my video, and congratulations on getting prepared for your first edc! 🫶🏼 Exciting life long memories are on the way! 😊
I arrived to camp roughly around 9:30 am morning of. We wanted to get a head start with bringing our camping gear in.
This was my first time camping and flying in from out of state so I relied on Walmart pick up for camping gear.
It was extremely hot during my experience so if you can bring fans, a shade umbrella, or even an extra tarp to put on the inside of your camping pod that will help with keeping your pod cool.
Or than the heat my issue for food my friends brought water kettles and that was helpful for making food at camp. I was able to make noodles and instant mashed potatoes. Extremely useful when you can keep too many foods cool with just a cooler.
Also, for showers, I would recommend bringing flip flops (essential item), and shower caddy’s bags help tremendously.

1. buy an inflatable camping pillow.
SO worth the 8 dollars. fits in your pocket, blows up/deflates in seconds and give a seat ANYWHERE. Sitting on concrete only gives so much relief before your butt/elbow/hand/etc. gets sore. (the slight concave-shaped is my preference bc its easier to sit on) Also, great for camp edc. Camp has little seating areas so its nice to have your own comfy seat in your pocket. Especially good for the lines to the pools. they get insane. might as well sit down and chill.
2. Carnival square on the map is a the best rest/meeting area.
The second best rest area is the bleachers at cosmicMEADOW. Carnival Square is a turf area in the center surrounded by concrete walls. Sound is drowned out significantly, massive screens with live feeds of kinetic field are playin in ~360 degrees, there are picnic benches, and theres just more room to breath and lay down. (Bonus points if you also have an Inflatable pillow)
3. Speaking of overstimulation, "the oasis" is also located within carnival square.
The oasis is a calm, safe space run by insomniac/ground control where you can sit and take a breather for a bit. its regulated/patrolled by ground control so you can relax knowing there's people getting paid to make sure you can chill in peace.
4. going off the food comment above. QUALITY OF THE FOOD ORDERED DEGRADES THROUGHT THE NIGHT.
1am in carnival square = dank food, albeit expensive but its very tasty and filling. BUT, i got food on the walk back to the RV at like 6~7am twice and spend 20 dollars on a tortialls with fake nacho cheese as a filler. They just didnt have any more yummy grub and had to charge the standard price. do not bank on early morning grub from the concessions.
5. don't be afraid to go solo for half a night, If you're comfortable with it and in a good headspace ofc.
if with a group itd be smart to set a time/place to meet back up or be back at your tent/rv so they know when to worry or not. I camped EDCLV Solo with people from radiate in 2022. it was my first EDM concert/festival/event ever and i went in completely blind with open arms. it was life changing to say the least. I did it again the following year, and I would do it all over again in a heart beat. The confidence from doing that has translated to my personal life, and if youre a confident MF then it was atleast very fun for me as an extrovert. Since then, I buy my concert ticket FIRST. Only asking if homies wanna join as a suggestion. It's YOUR life. LIVE IT UP.

Did you do GA, GA+, or VIP and how was your experience?

Hello there, thank you for watching my video! I choose the GA+ ticket but I wished that I would’ve purchased the VIP, because majority of my friends had those passes.
I wouldn’t say that it changed my experience too much, but it certainly is nicer to get through the long lines faster!
I had a wonderful experience. I got there when it first opened up on the first day to catch that special with Pasquale and then kind of went in later during the following two days. I made it till the sun came up on two occasions. You don’t want to miss the sunrise!
EDC is quite an experience to take on because of how massive it is in size. I feel like there were so many unique and wonderful things to explore. No matter what your plans are you’ll find have a wonderful time. I can’t wait to go back one year and do it again. I have new ideas on organizing my time better and getting familiar with the map beforehand. There is so much walking so a good pair of dancing shoes are essential! 😌
Eat. Sleep. Rave. Repeat. 😉

Hello love, I’m so excited to hear your wearing platforms! I love wearing them to festivals. They really make my outfits. 💕 Since I was camping I was able to go back and change my shoes once I got tired of wearing them. Otherwise, I always get a locker and bring extra shoes with me. I carry them in clear ziplock bag and never really have issues with security. Also, for comfort, I wear thick basketball types of socks to stop my foot from sliding or preventing toenails loss. 🫶🏼
