Brody was a legit 6’7” and 290+, without steroids. He was the most intimidating player in West Texas state football history, which covers a lot of ground.

Jon Butler he was never 220. He was around 320 and slimmed down.
Roy Curtis he doesn’t have a steroids physique and actually dropped weight from
about 320 early in his career to 290.

Lawler is overrated. He could work and talk but he looks like crap and is only believable as a cheating heel. I laugh when people say he was top 10 ever. Gimme a break! Think of it this way...say he was in the nwa in the 80s....do u think he would be more over and pushed ahead of Flair , Arn, Tully, Dusty,Magnum ,Windahm etc? No way! He would be mid card at best.

Sorry Jerry Lawyer, you wasn't a top wrestler. You was part owner of uswa. You was never in shape you was short not really 6' tall. You was your best only in Memphis wrestling. A joke in wwe and any place else.
lawler better than most talent the wwf/e whatever has had. He carried a territory that was the last to close and was the most respected by even vince himself. He couldnt be the face of wwf because of looks and more importantly vince would never do the angles that made southern promotions (and lawler) special. Lawler is very underrated outside of hogan and savage no other 80s/early 90s wwf guy could carry a territory that successful for that long
What lawler lacked in talent he made up for with great promos and mind for wrestling gimmicks.
