No. That is izz=ixx+iyy, izz is polar moment of Inertia
What about I sir
i is moment of Inertia or second moment of area. Ixx is moment of Inertia parallel to x axis and Iyy is moment of Inertia parallel to y axis

Simple. Manam crct ga vertical ga centre lo cut chesthe two same pieces vasthe, its symmetry about y axis. Adhe horizontal ga center lo cut chesthe same shape and same dimensions unte its symmetry about x axis.
If its symmetry about y axis then X bar is half. If its symmetry about x axis then Y bar is half
