I think they literally just got in a recording studio and got drunk and did some drugs and improvised most of this dialogue similar to how they made interdimentional cable episodes of rick and morty

Kenny was the best option to put in Gargamtuan, it basically closes up his entire arc of being a "dork" and an "asshole" for assisting in destroying their home planet to the other gatlians and Gatlin (except for Creature)
Ill go as far to say High on life is the best game out right now. It really brings back that original arcade shooter feel.
