This is an excellent method. I've done a bunch of doodles this way and analyzed the work of others. I was fairly amused that for old-timey Western cartoons, like Italian Fumetti, it works perfectly: just know how to draw the features and use these proportions and you can do any face from imagination. Unbelievable.

idk why I don't get circles. This method is definitely more insightful for me. I just have alot.to learn with overlapping lines and how they work 💀 I look forward to practicing this!
