Hi again, I must say that I ate everything and anytime of the day. One day I stopped with sugar, started eated twice a day with 18 hours pause. I ate fish, vegetables with cooked meat. I took one glass with cayenne pepper daily, I took magnesium, D vitamin, omega and B vitamins. On the third day I woke up and that morning I had one of the most beatiful days in my life. I mean quality. My brain fog was disappeared, I was so clean in my head and never before so much full of energy. I forgot to tell that I took this energy seeds, ones that students take .. student mix or something like that, with Brasils nuts and so on.. I had it that one day and now I am trying to get it again. I know, that was first shock in my rutine and had so much contrast ... I follow all yours directions and I can say to everyone that my energy for sure is back. Thanks one more time. Keep going!

I'm not going to stop adding some fruit to my daily smoothie, or using honey for baking. Take everything with a grain of salt. Moderation is the key. I don't get flare ups eating a piece of fruit but definitely can tell the difference when eating products with refined sugar.
At one stretch you can say stop eating sugary, salty, soury and all tasty foods which are very bad for your health. Eat only bitter that too moderately. That's all . No more videos required.

Chia water is not going to be watery will transform in a jelly,becoming thick
I home made kefir and add chia seed only 2 tsp and let it stay in refrigerator for 39 min and I use little honey for sweet not too much
