      Sir a month ago my ESR LEVEL WAS 45 and i started moringa powder with water empty stomach every morning and got the ESR TO 5 within a month but sir i still have backaches every morning when i wake up its like my fingers are swollen aswell can you please suggest

    Hi again, I must say that I ate everything and anytime of the day. One day I stopped with sugar, started eated twice a day with 18 hours pause. I ate fish, vegetables with cooked meat. I took one glass with cayenne pepper daily, I took magnesium, D vitamin, omega and B vitamins. On the third day I woke up and that morning I had one of the most beatiful days in my life. I mean quality. My brain fog was disappeared, I was so clean in my head and never before so much full of energy. I forgot to tell that I took this energy seeds, ones that students take .. student mix or something like that, with Brasils nuts and so on..
    I had it that one day and now I am trying to get it again. I know, that was first shock in my rutine and had so much contrast ...
    I follow all yours directions and I can say to everyone that my energy for sure is back. Thanks one more time. Keep going!

      This is what I eat today and what supplement I'm taking:
      1. D vitamin 3000 two times, morn.and evening.
      2. Zinkgluconat 25 mg morn. and evening.
      3. Selen 100 mcg. morn and evening.
      4. Mg 88mg ( bisglicynat) 2cps morning and 2cps evening.
      5. Glutathion 250 mg. 2 cps 1 hour after lunch
      6. NAC 600mg. + l Glutamin 250 mg. after exercise. , cca. at 19:00 hour.
      7. Omega 3, 1000 mg.( with E vitamin 15 mg. in) + 1 tea spoon of Möllers fish oil in the evening before bad.
      8. 1 tea spoon of coco oil in the morning too.
      9. Iodine 100 mcg. 1 cps. in the morn. and 1 in evening.
      I eat fish, cooked meat, many eggs, vegetables ( I like spinach, potato, tomato ( much ketchup too) onions, and carrot too, I eat blueberry ( many) peach, apple, bananas, like lemon with fish, and drink it, orange..
      I began less bread to eat ..
      Like to watch videos about medicine ( what our body like and what it do to itselfs)
      I cook water too for drink. In the morning I like to drink green tea. I know it seems to much to do, but I isn't.
      And, I am a man almost 2 meter toll and have 95 kg so this dosage seem good for me.

      I had rheumatoid arthritis as well. Once I changed my diet by eliminations sugary foods from my diet pain has gone. What doctor is saying i have done it 5 6 years ago, it is true. Only one thing doctor did not mention rice and dairy which are the poison for those with autoimmune desease. Add flaxseed and pumpkin seeds as powder in ur morning routine.
      Lastly add Apple cider vineg
      It all made for

    I take One cup Manjitha drink in bed time but in the morning time taking one cup of black tea with jaggery powder. Tqsm Dr. Anshul. Video is very useful. I am suffering from teeth problem, brushing 2 times, but no result found. Make video how to relief from these problems. Tq.

    Do these problems of eating surgery items cause so much harm 150 years and before. I do not eat food with added white sugar . Not I eat anything that is not coming directly from farm.       I'm not going to stop adding some fruit to my daily smoothie, or using honey for baking. Take everything with a grain of salt. Moderation is the key. I don't get flare ups eating a piece of fruit but definitely can tell the difference when eating products with refined sugar.

    At one stretch you can say stop eating sugary, salty, soury and all tasty foods which are very bad for your health. Eat only bitter that too moderately. That's all . No more videos required.

      I home made kefir and add chia seed only 2 tsp and let it stay in refrigerator for 39 min and I use little honey for sweet not too much
