Jogindar was not the one he selected during the audition. It was gautam who sent it to the prince gang. In terms of Himanshu, Himanshu himself was happy to be in Prince gang along with Ashika. So, he left only two choice akriti and prem and if he wants to weaken Gautam's gang, he could have easily sent prem (prem is also from sanu astro) in exchange of Sachin.
