Isn't diving under stuff with a recovery vest super dangerous? If that thing goes off while you are under ice it will pin you to the ice and you could drown.
We considered that, and weighed the risks. The automatic functions are turned off during this dive, so the vests can only be deployed manually, if needed. We also stayed very close to the exit, and super safe on our breath holds, as this was a new situation for us.

We both have multiple wetsuits in both blue and black too. We switch colors from dive to dive. I always have the red snorkel tho.
