@@mrheimdall it breaks my heart that people can’t seem to forget color. I’m white/native. My native relatives were treated & still are. My granddaughter is Haitian/White/ Native. It terrifies me everyday, that she might be put in a bad situation. Her father, I’m not real pleased with however I love his parents. I love her cousins, her aunts uncles. We have no problems at all. I have friends with every color. I have family nearly every color. I don’t care about color. I just love people.

As a Black man, that's exactly how I feel when I'm at work, mainly because, u can see the favoritism, and the privilege, it's very annoying.
I see it all the time in the construction field.
Hopefully you can have a choice, not to work for such companies on the one hand and on the other hand, not finance such companies with your groceries and other stuff. That's the power you have on the (work) capital side.

On the D.N.A. we are basically the same. My wife is what the P.C. gang would call, "a person of color". But I do hate poor English. I can understand a person to whom English is a second language. But African Americans have been in the U.S. since prior to 1807. That is when the importation of slaves was part ot the U.S. Constitution. It should outlawed the entire evil practice, but sadly it did not.

Hi, white guy here. LOVED this video. I was born in '68 in McAllen, TX. My home was 10 miles from the Rio Grande River. As a white guy, I grew up a minority, and believe me, the latin people back then didn't hesitate to let me know I was white and not one of them. But it made me a good fighter, which paid off later in life. I graduated high school with 600 seniors (multi city school) and with only 11 Anglos. It was hard to find a job as a white guy. I ended up going into the Navy at age 20 because of it. After the Navy I went back home to try again, but now as a veteran. I got on at the sheriff's dept. as a detention officer then later a deputy sheriff. I later went to work for TYC (Texas Youth Commission) as a juvenile corrections officer. I eventually got out of service to my community because I was called a bleeding heart because I refused to beat up inmates out of sight in the elevator. I am LOVING seeing actual change happen (albeit very slow and at the cost of innocent lives like Trayvon, Malice Green, George Floyd, Sonya Massey, etc. [rip]). I'm a veteran who gave quite a bit, now with PTSD, anxiety and depression, I shouldn't loathe my country, but how can I love it when I haven't been given a reason to do so? I finally left the Valley for good and have lived from San Diego to Norfolk, VA with Memphis, Dallas, Lubbock and Austin in between. I'm turning 56 next month and I admit, I'm just waiting to die. I am SO fucking bored with this place and all of it's hate and discontent. And I'm SO Tired of the Fanta Menace constantly whining about how things are unfair for his rich and not very smart ass. Harris/Wallz 2024.

I pray that before I go to the next world I will see meaningful change in race relations. It will come with Universal change. Nothing stays the same.
