She's not lying I just got done meditating with Amethyst and it worked I always feel light and Airy after meditation I have ADHD thus focus is hard as is staying still but my Amethyst does help with my meditation and focus I've been having a lot of mental health struggles lately so I've been trying to get back into my spirituality find my inner peace find my inner hippie again for my own health and sake
