He's actually adapted into the game rather than added, and they've changed a lot of his skills and made him into Sinestrea I think, cuz if you rethink about Sinestrea's skill set, her 1st skill has invis which is similar to Yuan Ge's puppet morph and her 2nd skill 2nd activation's skill indicator looks like Yuan Ge's third skill where as her ultimate can be used even when stunned etc.
