From transportation , to utilities , education and even caring for their expats and also the manner of taxation. You’re sure that the taxes you pay are being used wisely and it delivers the proper services to the people . Thats the way to be a manager , keeps his crew in check , assists in every way he could . May it be your day-off or not its your responsibility to see if the restaurant is running smoothly . I worked a manager for my parents company for 12 years and i do whats to be done , come early as 7:00 am to check on every station and leave at 6:00 pm . From transportation , to utilities , education and even caring for their expats and also the manner of taxation. You’re sure that the taxes you pay are being used wisely and it delivers the proper services to the people . Thats the way to be a manager , keeps his crew in check , assists in every way he could . May it be your day-off or not its your responsibility to see if the restaurant is running smoothly . I worked a manager for my parents company for 12 years and i do whats to be done , come early as 7:00 am to check on every station and leave at 6:00 pm .
