We walk from Gumbet into Bodrum with fantastic views and Turkish Kebab

We take our first outing into Bodrum, walking over Windmill Hill from Gumbet.. come with us as we explore the streets and marina where we visit a proper Turish restaurant and try our first KEBAB PLATTER.

Hi paz we went to atlas kebab restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing we was told it was the best in bodrum and it certainly was for us definitely will be going back their in 2025 enjoy

Iv been to Bodrum TurgutreisTurkiye( give it a try ) for the past 13 years Love the place Love the food coud not go tis year but booked apartmennt for June 2025.

we are going to go same hotel (Bodrum Beach Resort) next week, so can you share more information about the hotel location and access to downtown... how much time take you to walk from the hotel to downtown? thank you

Down town Gumbet is 10-15 minutes walk to bar street, beach is 3 min walk at the back of the hotel.. bodrum is a 30 minute walk up a very steep long hill and over. Taxi is 150tlr £3 7 minutes.

Why don't you get on one of those buses there a great experience and cheap they go from Gumbet to Bodrum Bus station where on certain days there is a big market upstairs

Been going to Gumbet for 27yr fabulous place Siesta Beach Apartments just underneath the Windmills walked that road loads

Those trees with fruit, are Fig Trees, the difference is that Figs throughout Europe and the rest of the world, taste better than the one's grown in the UK.
