Networking is so underrated, Ive accidentally brought more attention to my business by talking to strangers and having them ask what I do. Just this weekend Ive opened myself up to 50 potential new clients through one new connection.

I was talking to someone on the train who works as a case manager for those experiencing PTSD. I'm a psychotherapist/hypnotherapist that doesn't need the details of the trauma to work with them so I fit perfectly with her clientele
Like other comments already, I can't agree enough about the importance of networking. People need human connections to accomplish almost everything we do. Building a business is no different.
Hello, thanks for this there's so much great advice here. do you have a version of this video without the background music? I'm autistic/adhd and find it so so hard to 'hear' with the music playing. I'm watching it with subtitles and sound off atm but it's not the same as hearing you chat!

Yes I agree. Great points. Most micro-businesses don't get out enough to explore the face to face ops and often very simple things.
