Your cooking is always very simple without any fancy items, fancy names ma'am...authentic veetu samayal...andha veetu samayal got the second place despite Ashwin's biggggg effort to think out of the box (I am not criticising Ashwin here but in cooking கை பக்குவம் is something that not everybody can get. It is something achieved by shaping your culinary skills years together.. that's where she rocks)...I also like the way you explain and make it very simple....
If your measurements are provided in the description box for easy reference one can easily follow that and get a very good name...just a suggestion

Tried this..came out very well but it was too spicy so if you are people who eating less kaaram please low chilli powder level and dry chilly.
