American Pools and Spas (Orlando)

Homeowner pool built by American Pools & Spas includes a pergola with a rain descent, tanning ledge with lighted bubblers, pebble interior, color LED pool lighting, brick paver decking, and finally homeowner added landscaping, firepit, and outdoor furniture. This is what a completed backyard pool project is supposed to look like!!! Thank you for letting us build this beautiful backyard "sta-cation".

We have a narrow access to the back yard, both sides of the house in Oviedo- about 5 ft wide (almost like the house in this video!). How would you overcome this obstacle. Our neighbors are not the most cooperative people. Do you guys speak with the neighbors?

We have a form that you must get your neighbor to sign that would allow us to access your backyard.
