Agreed, I think the good hospital also needs to be cost effective
Going to be a best investment property as Mthl has finally reached to its stage of completion the price rates in Ulwe are gonna be sky rocketing and in the next year with the partial completion of NMIA the price rates will rise more also with the metro connectivity in future and coastal road project it will become the most sought after location in NAVI Mumbai I know things will take time but the investment is worth the wait

Yes there is but incase you have a work from home profile then it's better to have a power back up. Because at time there are sporadic cuts for 5 to 10 mins. Water supply is not an issue in Ulwe but let me check about 24 hrs because a lot depends on how society manages it during peak months

Well I would say for 1 BHK renowned builder 45 to 50 lakhs + 7% taxes in tower. For ordinary it would be 38 to 40 + 7% tax. If you buy in sector 24 it will be much affordable

Sir yahe ,, acchey school nahi hai ,,,college nahi hai ,,,only flat ban rahe hai jo log Bombay aana Janna daily time west hota hai sir ,,,wo log rent pe rehtey hai sir ulwe me ,,,unke dukh ko bhi jano sir ,,,dusrey middle class family aap log to yahape flat letey ho to life time loan & loan bhartey rahoge ,,, very costly erea ,,,,,,, 😴😴
There are 2 schools that I am aware of Redcliff and Ramsheth Thakur + There is a SSC school near the station as well. College is in Belapur and Nerul. I agree that people who work in Mumbai for them travelling is a challenge hence Vashi Navi Mumbai and Thane Airoli etc work location is ideal. People working in these locations or work from home profile folks should buy in ULWE. As far as property rates are concerned I won't comment because they are governed by external forces.
