  • Let's continue to expand our Ukrainian vocabulary. In this video, we will learn how to talk about your feelings and emotions. We go over the most common "I am/eel.." phrases such as "I am happy", "I am sad", etc.
As a vocabulary video, I spend more time focusing on pronunciation. The video is slightly slowed down to help you hear the sounds. The video is full of opportunities to practice your Ukrainian so feel free to watch it over and stop whenever you need to. Repeat after me. Out loud -- better. Remember that the more you practice, the better you become, so make sure to come back to this video to hone your skills.
Stay tuned till the end for BLOOPERS ^_^
Are you learning Ukrainian? I would love to hear from you and learn how can I help. Let me know below!

Great to have the sentences also in "normal" letters. So it is much easier! You make a good job, thank you!

There is no such thing as Normal. It´s just the Latin alphabet.

In New Orleans when we like something some one does, we say " Yeah You Rite!!"

    Ya Schaslyvvy :)
Found a "False friend word" Ya Zlyy, Zlyy/Zli/Zlo in south Slavic languages means "Evil" so Ya Zli would mean something like "I am evil"

Yes! Zlo is evil is Ukrainian too😊

@@mariyaukrainian I must say that only Dobre was really easy, Pogano was kind of understandable and for the rest i am glad there are channels like this one to learn what those words mean.
For example if you sad you are sad in Ukranian i would think you drank to much because there is similar sounding word "Nalokani" which i know and means bunch of people who drank way to much, but that's nothing compared to Chezch "Užasne" and Croatian "Užasno" In which one means that's good or great and in other language it means it is Terrible or equivalent to "Grozno".

I am so glad this lesson was helpful! It’s is always interesting how on one hand Slavic languages are similar enough to understand across but on the other hand can get you in trouble with opposing meanings😂
