Bimbo, I"m a fellow Filipino American living in the US and a fellow Pinoy who's family is from Batangas. I enjoy watching your vlogs and learned about Indian culture. Our culture is very similar in may ways as both are family oriented culture. I would like to mention that I live in a city here in the US where Indian Americans are very prominent and have a thriving community. Many of my friends are Indians. I'm also a big fan of Indian food and luckily live walking distance to many Indian restaurants and groceries. I'm a big fan and thank you!

What a wonderful world it would be every country, culture would sit down together share their every cherished food. I am in the Philippines but I eat at an Indian eatery. Taste really really good and healthy.
Filipinos has different ways of cooking a dish because in each ethnic group cook dishes according to their taste.
for example an adobo dish, it is cooked in many ways from different parts of the Philippines.
that is why Filipino dishes aren't that recognized globally

Underrated ang filipino dishes. We are not known for international cuisine unlike indian, chineses, japanese and korean. But proud to say that we are well knowned for our Adobo and Lechon. .
Bicolano put lemongrass in their gata dishes. My mother is from bicol and she always put lemongrass. In Bicol everytime we cook chicken curry we put curry powder, if there is no curry powder we called it just ginataan. Lemongrass is native to the Philippines kaya may tagalog na pangalan "TANGLAD" most non native vegetables and fruits in the Philippines don't have tagalog translation.
