"I saw you squaring off with those guys, what do I need to think for?" Every man understands that.
No, only the loyal men know this instinct.
FACTS
Yep
When I was born, I was born the only son. Now that I'm older, I have about five brothers. I remember I got a call St to meet them at the club my brother was a bouncer. Ran outta work, my cutlass and the time I hit the door open I started looking around I found him laughing behind the bar! And the only thing he says is, " So this is what I have to do, for you to meet up with me & have a beer!" 🤬😡 he knew I was going to something the isolated myself for way too long
@@thevault2317 what? Proof read bro, proof read.
We had an MC club in the neighborhood. I was a kid through the timeline of this film. So much is accurate to the people and the evolution. As in the film, the majority drifted into life. Union careers, the calling to serve God, using their life experience as outreach.
Only flaw was the absence of Norton and Triumphs that were mixed in with the worn out Harley bikes.
Today Harley riders are clueless to the history and are doing Easy Rider cosplay.
Speak for yourself
Nice seeing a movie about MCs at the time everything started....
Apparently there’s new information to suggest it all started in 1948. Pretty cool!
MC culture started properly post WW2. Loads of pissed off veterans, unable to follow rules...
Where are Norton commandos & triumphs Bonneville? Those were top notch back in 1965
This is loosely based on a certain IL MC that I will not mention. They, like most others, were an American bike only club.
And why can’t you mention it ?
55 years ago no one is left alive
Harleys only most likely.
@@StephenRoss-po1rp If you think the club this film is 'based' on is dead you need to do a little research.
I've been lucky enough to see the film already and there's a few scenes that have a character with a camera. Obviously, that being 'lyons' is a pure attention to detail!
Seeing norman reedus dresssed up and made up like that makes me think he would play a really good charlie manson
ironically starring in a movie with the guy who's played Charlie Manson twice and nailed it both times
"Now youse can't leave."
ahhh classic.
Bronx tale
Love me some Norman!!!
I got together with my wife of 54 years at a biker New Years' Eve party.
Awesome
God Bless my man .
Congrats man
Just seen it when it came out it was best movie I seen in a longgggg time
Austin Butler is new James Dean!
Best movie I've seen in years.
Agreed, that part where Norman Reedus says " nice to meet you proper fuck ups " i realized how good this movie was
The Feeling of Riding
Have to Yell Out
Nice to Know
Not the Only One
If they ever make Biker Mice from Mars live action one day, they should cast
Austin Butler as Throttle
Norman Reedus as Vinnie
Tom Hardy as Modo
Pretty good movie. Definitely a fun one with some surprises.
Hardy is straight Brando in this movie.
Grew up south of Chicago. Family was really good friends with a couple of outlaws. They’d come over and party sometimes on the weekends. Or do some work for my uncle’s construction business.
Director: "what does the Chicago accent sound like?"
Accent teacher: "Canadian."
My heart, I see Boyd Holbrook 😍
Tom Hardy plays the best hardass ever 👍
Tina Fey is aging well. Looks like she bangs Elvis in this movie.
Im so ready for this movie!!!!! Jodie Comer is awesome
Tom Hardy ! The cast is awesome!!!
The movie left me somewhat disappointed.
I love Jodie ❤❤❤❤❤
@@cete6167 Nonsense. It's really good.
Saw it last night the movie was Top Tier Worth watching in theater
gay bikers was not on my 2024 bingo card
I'll wait till it comes out on VHS
We are all starved for masculine movies without alphabet and feminism agendas. That line where he said "I saw you squaring off what i need to think for" hits deep especially for men. We could only wish we had friend or family like that!
you’d think they’d try and make movies that Appealed to the 99% of the population and the ones that have kids that will keep going to movies after their parents pass on but no they’d rather cater to the 1% of the population that hates anything fun anyway. Just goes to show how entrenched Ideology can become even when it’s costing money.
Common yo. You don’t have rebellion in your blood? The most interesting part is how the 1% changed history more than the 99%. You can’t possibly be that boring, can you?!
What’s more straight then dudes riding motorcycles in head to toe leather and denim? It’s as if you don’t know how gay a lot of burly motorcycles guys were back in the day
Beyond that something masculine (that we still need it by The way) we also need movies with good stories and great and real human characters; instead of The NPCs woke things that only tells everyone why they are right and why we are not ☠️
And this Beautiful movie did it, it's perfect; I want to get My own bike and clothing because of it 😎🖤
@@Patrick-if4vo What does that world salad mean?
Benny totally didn't rip his character from Billy in stranger things
Norman Reedus’s character reminds me of Micah from RDR2
He ain’t nothing like Micah
Hey, bud. His character is based off a real person. That's an awfully stupid thing to say.
Only Reedus' character stays loyal to them and isn't an a-hole.
Great movie. Loved it. It accurately depicts the evolution of 1% MC's back then. Around 1978 I met and partied with the then Pres of what is now one of the big four 1% MC's. My closest friends were a few yrs older than me and ran a drug ring. One of them dealt cocaine to the Pres of the club. They became good friends so I got a lot of insight into that world. Me and the other guys in the ring actually went to one of their parties w my friend one time.
The party was on a beautiful property in Lorton Virginia that sloped down to Belmont Bay. The club had already expanded into several states but the Pres at that time grew up in Arlington Virginia so he was based in Virginia. When we pulled in there were 30 to 40 of the most beautiful pans, knuckles and shovels you've ever seen. Almost all kickers - very few elec starts. All of the members glared at us until the Pres came over and bear hugged my friend. Then they all went back to partying. The Pres of this club was really cool to us - very friendly and welcoming. We smoked weed and drank with him for a while.
The party was actually pretty low key until one of the MC members couldn't get a beer out of a cooler. This dude was like 6' 5" and 300 lbs. He was sitting on the grassy hill 5 sheets to the wind hammered, pawing at a cooler trying to get a beer out. When he lost his balance he grabbed the cooler and the top flipped open. The biker, the cooler, ice and beersall went a' tumbling down the hill LOL. The rest of them ROARED in laughter and started getting real rowdy. That little incident was the kick that started the motor - pardon the pun. None of us said a word. We just looked at each other and knew it was time to leave. We thanked the Pres for inviting us and left - no issues.
About 2 yrs later the Pres of that club was shot in the head and killed in a shoot out in Fairfax Circle. So when I saw this movie it really struck a chord...
There are a TON of MEN that are going to see this move and love every minute of it!!!
Beginning was dope my grandpa used to outrun the cops like that in the 50s before he joined the service 🫡
Why no choppers? Outlaw bikers in the late 60's didn't ride dressers. Watch The Wild Angels or Devils Angels for what was ridden.
Good eye I didn't really notice that at first
not in chicago area. this is midwest.
OSHA regs😁
Stock bikes were more nondescript. Lower profile. Not to say some didn't own custom bikes too .
BIDEN NOMICS CHOPPERS COST MORE THAN BOGUS BAGGERS LMFBOROF❤
Holy smokes, that's Norman?
I’m here for Austin Butler. He can turn into anybody. This is violent and not the kind of movie I plunk down money for in a theater.
But I’m going to see this one.
Is it possible that Austin Butler is simply too pretty? He doesn't look real.
Looks like a young Tom Waits.
@@CleetoMange That's interesting, Tom Waits really isn't known for his looks (incredibly talented dude though), but they do bare a striking resemblance.
He looks like a modern James Dean to me. I think he can make it work if he don't talk too much.
@@jimbusmaximus4624 Agreed
There better be some awards come oscar time, the performances were masterful. Jody Comer was off the charts, and Norman Reedus stole every scene he was in.
The only harley I'd ever buy or want to own because it's priceless is Burt Munroes bike the world's Fastest Indion but I'm a Ducati Norton and Arch fan I get to pick the bikes that would probably kill me if I'm not too crazy 😊
I’m glad you posted a video complication of a movie and blurred out the beers and censored the swearing why post the clips of a movie with beer and swearing?
I saw it
It was really good & very hilarious
Reminds me of GTA
@ 3:23 What is with that dudes teeth. I didn't know they had grills back then.
Where are the triumphs etc? Did HD buy them out of this?
Motorcycle clubs in the USA its required your bike is American Made.
American made
Woman says she thought she could change him? You mean ruin? 😅
you know they tried to make it authentic from chicago when she said i'll go get you a pop. we call it pop here, lol. or a couple soda pops (which means beers) but here in chicago, we do not call it soda. so this flick is loosely based on a true story? i'm not up on my 50's 60's biker clubs but the main club here (the home team i call it) are the outlaws. now that history i know. i ride. who doesn't here in the chi. i'm going to have to do some research about who this movie is about. looks like a good watch. wait for it to come out to my tv in a few months.
it's inspired by a photographer who hung out with the Outlaws MC for a bit back in the day. That scene where he is riding across a bridge and turn around to look behind him is a famous picture of an Outlaw.
@@thegrinch7989 yeah, i had caught that in the preview driving across the bridge and looking back, but i already done typed my comment. that is an iconic poster. have a copy of it in my garage. definitely the outlaws- at least that scene.
Tom Hardy would be an incredible ghost rider
Nothing like real MCs
“And thass when I seen Benny. Standin by tha pool table”
If someone says “I seen” rather than “I saw” they’re definitely from Chicago. That accent is atrocious (I’m from Chicago, I can say that).
The accent is definitely bad, she sounds like she's doing and SNL skit..
Or from Belfast. Here people say it constantly
@@northerlyartemis Lots of Irish settled in Chicago. It’s probably where it came from.
@@mobiz711 It’s bad cause it sounds pretty spot on. It’s just rough to listen to, lol. It’s not pleasant sounding, like a Southern accent. Or funny like a New England accent. It just sounds so…idk.
@@boscopappas234 Good point! Never thought about that.
I would watch this movie in a second if I knew Daryl was in it.
He is.
Norman looks like Bobby Peru
The movie even has Dewey Crowe in it…
Something went wrong. I saw The Wild One, and this was not supposed to happen, again.
WAS THAT DEWEY CROWE??
LMAO I can't take him seriously after seein Justified... He was great in Mr. In-between but I just can't unsee Dewey Crowe 🤣😂🤣
@@jimbusmaximus4624same. I just see a half wit whenever I see him
Its freddy aint it?
This is Milwaukee-Chicago in mid-60's. I list Milwaukee first, because the Brew City dominated at that time. Hells Angels were wannabes.
Because its based on a book of actual photographs from the time and there were no choppers…
Not sure how i feel about tom hardeys wacky voice. Hes awesome in everything so it wont sink it for me anyways
Its a shame this movie stunk, so much potential
She did an actually decent chicago accent not gonna lie. Kind a Fargo version but not bad.
So many Outlaw MC hints.
That's what it's based on, the birth and rise of the Outlaws MC.
@@anthonypeters6861 I understand that.
OFFO ::: GFOD ::: ADIOS ::: CHARLIE RULES! ::: Red eyed and rollin ....................................> :::Skullster King::: SYLO 15
I can't understand how this movie made ten bucks
It's the worst piece of crap in decades
Silents Started a chill biker club for outcasts like James Dean and Funny Sonny.
Shockingly Boomers Ruined It. 😐
South Park
South Park!!! Which one is the”
Theyre not gay. Theyre just into dudes
This is NOT a biker movie. They should have been riding mopeds.
You realize this is when clubs first started of course it's not what you think by looking at bikers today. Things evolve and change. But im sure you're a big bad biker and know everything. You even know what club this movie is based on and that it's based on true events. Not just some movie about guys riding in the 50s
looks like an even cheesier relook at The Wild One with even more over acting.
That poser with the oiled up arms ? Baaaah no way gonna sit through that game.
What a let down of a movie....
from the first bar scene when he gets cracked with the bar stool, looked promising... from there, it went downhill fast. What a freakin bromance movie....sucks.
Gives bikers a bad rap.😅
Could there be a more lame name for a movie?
Shit film tbh , when i saw the trailer i really wanted to see this film so went to see it at the cinema ... it was very disappointing, literally nothing happens it doesnt really go anywhere
All the best bits of the film was in the trailer ... and tom hardys death happens way to breifly and very late in the film to make it a very unsatisfying ending
Cringe.
Oh dear. Overdose of cheese and overacting.
Looks like typical hollywood watered down rubbish..
Movie was horrible 🤦🏽♂️ the secrets of the hells angels doc was better than this
What a load of crap....
Lol
You aint beating Sons of Anarchy or Mayans MC.
Considering this is a movie I don’t think that’s the intention
Those are make believe this is based off a group
😈🔱👿... Doesnt look that great from the clips... Looks likenjist another dumb car/bike movie and that's been done a thousand times and done better..heck go watch the ones with real bikers that were done in the 60s and 70s..and if you cant find one of those you like watch the wild one or east rider... This movie totally lost me with the stupid dentures 🙄
Isnt tom hardy a puff???
Terribly cheap, badly directed, and actors from a highschool play... 🤔
Motorcycle groups or scouts are not scary people. Refer to the South Park episode
This movie looks so gay. Bikers were always gay though.
Ok bob
Lets see you say that in front of some real bikers Bob ya keyboard warrior
Bob's a Member of the Pillow Biters no doubt !
Or maybe the notorious TURD BURGLARS ! 🤔
He does have a point
Damn, that looks like a good movie. I like the line, I thought I could change him….
That never happens ha ha.
Grew up south of Chicago. Family was really good friends with a couple of outlaws. They’d come over and party sometimes on the weekends. Or do some work for my uncle’s construction business.
revival of motorcycle clubs is coming
😂 everyone’s a rat nowadays, no way, it’s like a lawn chair factory with all these street gangs, motorcycle clubs, etc, everyone folds.
Yeah dentists and accountants.
Naw, the cartels are now the kings, thanks mostly with the help of the govt. They just arrested the entire Bakersfield HA Chapter the the other day, which is pretty laughable. California has some major problems, but bike gangs sure as hell ain’t one of them!
Where’s the blue collar men to be in them oh ya they don’t exist anymore
They never died , it’s just some real serious shxt that most don’t want to get into
Everyone wants to be a cowboy until it’s time to do cowboy sh*t.
She ruined him alright. Butler got neutered at the end. 😅
Straight out of walking dead
Awesome movie and awesome music.
Poundshop Goodfellas.
A shot of white lightning into a dull American pulse. I hope you write words about riding down the Ho Chi Mihn trail on Harley's.
She did an actually decent chicago accent not gonna lie. Kind a Fargo version but not bad.
Elvis can’t ride but he can sing and dance
Weak
Saw it last night the movie was Top Tier Worth watching in theater
Youve got him type casted. Give him a chance. Seems to be a good actor.
went and saw this the other day 0-10 stars.
Just can’t see the Elvis guy in the role. I’d pick someone else but he’s the flavour of the year I suppose.
