Hey Doc!! Excellent video!! I could see the lipomas in the other arm…can’t wait to see those removed sometime, as well. Thanks for sharing!! Always look forward to your Monday videos!! 😉❣️
Wow I love watching you pop out lipomas. Cysts are my favorite but the way you remove them is interesting because you seem to be able to pop them out vs cutting them into pieces. Not being a doctor, maybe it depends on how it's attached so I wouldn't know. You do seem to be the best 👌 Thanks to you and your patient. watching from Canada 🇨🇦
OMGAAAWD i’ve never seen you remove so many and it looks like he has other lumps on his arm as well you did an amazing job taking those out. I just couldn’t believe how huge they were and once again you proved how great of a doctor you are. I learn so much because I love reading medical books 📕. Great great video have a wonderful Thanksgiving 🍗🍗
Bloody awesome 5 hopefully for the price of 2. As you said you where only removing 2. The way you popped them out. Well that is something else. Awesome job doc. 🇬🇧👏👌🙏🏼👍💥💥💥💥💥💥❤🌹🙏🏼. Thank the guy for sharing with us. Can't wait to see you do his other arm 🇬🇧.
Do you test all of the lipomas you remove? They all seemed so huge, especially the one that wouldn't fit in the specimen jar!😁. Great job as usual, thanks 👍 to you, your wonderful staff and patient for the share!
Dang!!! I don't know why, but that looked exceptionally difficult and painful after the anesthesia wears off. What is the recovery on that? I can't imagine he just popped up and went to work.
1. We don’t, as our excisions are typically much smaller than this. We transferred the tissue to something larger post-op. 2. Nope, this is billed as one excision, but the pathology specimens are sent out as distinct lesions, as they’re individual tumors.
As I always say - stitches are placed for the six month/six year result, not the six minute result. Healed up beautifully. My patient couldn’t be happier with the functional and cosmetic outcome. 😉
@@DrMudgil I knew you would say that because your so involved in your work, I personally like all of them too but the botfly removals I can’t watch they make my skin crawl
@@DrMudgil you are much braver than me, dr. Lee was asked this ? And she hates seeing the big abscesses on the animals being lanced, most of those are cows. They are kind of tame compared to some of the stuff you guys deal with on a regular basis.
Dr. Mudgil, I was watching this video from two years ago. You make your work look so easy. A true sign of a professional. Have a lovely weekend.
Many thanks! 🙏🏽
Not sure if just me, but stitches seem like they would be raised, instead of flat.

He was actually totally fine! We checked in with him the next day and he had zero issues!

Bravo Dr Mudgil! 👍🙏👏🇭🇺
Thank you! 🙏🏽
Is it common to get so many out of one incision?
These were situated close to each other. 😉
Love your videos. You rock Doc😁

Why did those lipomas pile up like that?
Wonderful job
Many thanks! 🙏🏽

Apa penyebab lipoma??
Olá meu Dermato exclusivo
Ola!
Two things: 1. Don’t you have oversized collection cup things?? And 2. Do you charge per lipoma?
1. We don’t, as our excisions are typically much smaller than this. We transferred the tissue to something larger post-op. 2. Nope, this is billed as one excision, but the pathology specimens are sent out as distinct lesions, as they’re individual tumors.
That was pretty crazy
Birck....the scares are too ruff!
Best lipoma video ever!
Many thanks! 🙏🏽
You must not really like touching them with your fingers!! Lol crazy how you can make 1 cut and a lot of lipomas come out.
Awesome
Thank you! 🙏🏽
This was fun
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Wooowww weeeeee
Why did hr not cut of some of the skin
Because there was no need to in this case - it would have created too much tension on the wound. 🥂
Damn thats some serious strength hes got. Stitches are awful....sad because he does such a good job on everything else.
As I always say - stitches are placed for the six month/six year result, not the six minute result. Healed up beautifully. My patient couldn’t be happier with the functional and cosmetic outcome. 😉
I am upset about the scar.. not delicate enough about that sticht.. that seems too tight!
No reason to be upset - healed up beautifully! 😉
Wooow🤗
WOW!👍🏼🥰

Another great Monday morning procedure.
What is your favorite procedure, and your least favorite aside from the insurance morons
Thank you! I like 'em all!

No museo como lo cosio
Need a better way to stitch.
The stitches are intentionally placed this way to account for dead space, whilst allowing for any potential collecting serum/blood to escape. 😉
Sobra piel. No lo ha sabido coser
Stitches not the best.
😱🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮! I tried to watch it but lipomas make me nauseous.
Muy mal cosido
BOY, THAT IS ONE LUMPY DUDE!!
