Today we're back (finally!) with another makeover! This was such a fun project and SO worth it by the sparkling eyes of my kids when they saw it! I hope it inspires you to do something special for the little ones in your life or to tackle a project that's been waiting on you!

What a sweet doll house ! I’d love to be a little mouse and watch them play . When my girls were little I made them a play doll house out of card broad boxes , I think I had more fun making it then they did playing with it .

Truly a little girl s dream!! Loved watching!!..The furniture looks similar to some pieces my girls have. Also the rocking g chair looks like one I played with at my grammas and my mom did in her childhood as well! My mom had it passed on to her and so my kids n nieces have used it as well.

I’ve thought of that... wasn’t sure if it would work too well over the stain, but maybe with a sealer of some kind?
@@thisgoldenhour chalk paint is a no prep paint. Right over stain and varnish. I've used it a ton. 😀

What lucky little kids! To have this amazing playhouse on the beautiful farm! I know this video is a year old, but I had a thought about the couch if you have not yet replaced it. I think your husband could build a simple wooden frame kind of like a wide bench, then you could open up the couch and cut a piece of foam to fit the seat, that piece would be easy to cover by just making a pillowcase type cover.😊

Suggestion: Look for fabric paint for the little sofa. This playhouse is every little girl’s dream❣️
I thought of that but was afraid it would crack. Do you have experience using it? I’d love to hear from someone who’s done it (online reviews seem pretty mixed 😛).

Ah that’s a great idea! I actually thought of putting a blanket over but decided it probably wouldn’t last more than 5 mins 😝 might be worth a try though!
Omigosh! That playhouse is so cute! I was wondering if a hot glue gun would work for reupholstering the couch...just a thought.
Thank you! The fabric itself seems to be coming apart on that couch so I doubt a hot glue gun would work but might be worth a try?
