If it’s made out of cream that could have been off,I’ve never had bernaise sauce before,I think restaraunt should put the sauce in a gravy boat ,that way if you’ve e never had it and didn’t like it at least your whole dinner wouldn’t be ruined

Thank you lance, this was definitely the hardest food review vlog we've ever done, but we spoke the truth, any decent restaurant manager would of tasted the problem food or if not tasted because of any risks they should of removed it from the menu and not served until they investigated it, just goes to show behind the lovely smiles and warm welcome you get there's potential dangers
Bearnaise is made out a gastrique (infused vinegar) then eggs and oil like mayonnaise. Definitely no garlic though. 😅
Don't forget it has shallot, black pepper and tarragon

I’ve never tasted/had béarnaise sauce like this before , it was awful, ruined my whole meal and yes it should of been served in a separate sauce bowl
