I like this one a lot. Good size rooms, clean, good views. If you don't need 3 bedrooms, that first bedroom would be a good size lounge room. And the cantina is a bonus. The house has a good flow & energy.

That is such a lovely house 🥰 It looks so narrow outside but when you showed the inside it was nice and very spacious. Its nice that the entrance is not on the main road. Its high ceilings and lots of natural light coming in. The bedrooms have a nice size too. Plus the cantina. And the house on the other street. If you didn't mention that you showed that house recently, I wouldn't recognize it 😅 thats a very nice house too, nice view and lots of space.

This is a very nice place! It seems a pity that they sold the two garages separately. When I see these kitchens with gas cooktops and ovens, I always wonder how much work it would take to put electric appliances in their place.
It's a minor point: I'm almost certain that the bottles in the cantina don't contain wine. The corks are fixed with wire mesh, which means that the contents are carbonated. It's probably Prosecco... it probably won't be Champagne. :-)
You asked what I would do with the Cucina? I would use it to prepare medicines with some store past the arch for bulk supplies. I would sometimes use it when it is hot and I don’t want to warm the house. I would have a clinic and sick room on the first floor and use a bedroom upstairs for myself. Grandchildren will miss their granny and come visit, maybe stay, so they would need one or two bedrooms upstairs. If they need only one, or if they don’t stay long, I would have a studio upstairs. All of this assuming that the village wants or even needs a healer and herbalist in the area who has grandchildren in their 20s. There may be no use for me there.
Saw an ashtray on the table in the entry hall….does the place smell like cigarette smoke🤢? Other than that, it’s a decent place. I’m currently waiting to hear back from Dave at ahomeinitaly for a property in Abruzzo, otherwise, I’d consider inquiring about this home.

I have heard your electricity is limited, thats why you don’t see many driers, just washers.
Could you do a walk about of your town...looks interesting. Are the building mainly more modern? Is there a historic part oftown too?
