The Departed is a movie about a Boston Irish mob boss based on Whitey Bulger (Jack Nicholson), a police officer undercover in his organization (Leonardo DiCaprio), and a member of his operation who's joined the police to give information to the mob. It also turns out that (SPOILER of a twelve year old movie and also if you know anything about Bulger) Nicholson's character has been informing to the FBI. Since it's a movie about informants, the word "rat" gets tossed around a lot. At the end of the film, a rat runs across the screen. It is... unsubtle.
And then they never hung out again.
Ralph staring at the camera while it’s panning out 😄
"Skiiinnnneeeeerrrrrr...Skinner?"
"I'm okay sir!"
"Don't you ever scare me like that again."
"The rat symbolizes obviousness!"
Sam Dillsaver obviously
@@alirizvi6297 free spirit, coming of age, hope, self-reliance. Choose any of these, its obvious.
What surprises me is that he pronounced obviousness right and perfectly
In Latín Spanish he say "The rats symbolizes Moles"
martin scorcese be like, "ouch, that put-down stings"
Wow, Topher Grace plays Donny and I love this ending.
Wait, that's Erik Forman at the end? Mind = blown
Damn, my mind is blown. I’ve watched this episode like a hundred times and never noticed it’s the dude from that 70’s show!
Second best rat in cinema behind the one in Endgame

TheAllSeeingEye at the end of The Departed in the final scene a rat runs across the screen and it has been almost universally mocked as just dumb.
