If slump of pqc is more ,,than what will the effect

More slump mainly cause by high water cement ratio... It will be decrease strength and scaling of surface also final setting of concrete got affected.

At the end of dowell bar one end is fixed with Concrete..whlie other ends provide sleeves cover so it can easily move within Concrete...sleeved give separation from Concrete.
