Good coordination skills.
I enjoy watching ur videos keep up good work new subscriber👍🏻
Have an interview with them soon for their roll off position- tired of being a bus driver 😂
Wow I’m in the same boat. I drive a school bus. Considering applying with WM soon. Hopefully that goes well.
@@surfmorworkless yeah, sadly I didn’t get the spot. Turns out, all of their trucks have manuals and I have a restriction that keeps me from driving manual CMVs. Could be worst though, I ended up driving for Greyhound after driving school buses and I can’t complain 😅
I have a name for this driver and the truck it self I called them the atomic slammer
Are this trucks manual ? Or atomatic
Wow, this is quite something. I wonder how much training you need before they let you do your fist solo route.
For me one week then I went solo. In Hawaii training is short more work less safety. I think waste management is 2 weeks training depending on experience.
I would do this over driving containers to the port every day were we are paid by the load not by the hour
still working there?
What happened to the old driver
I’d like to do this instead of be an OTR truck driver. How can I get started with wm?

Just go online to there web site and see if there hiring in your area
Jobs like this you mostly get if you know someone on the inside. Every once in awhile you might get lucky and somebody gets fired or quits and they'll post a listing publicly
I just got hired to drive a regular trash truck I'm happy about that but I was told those jobs go to the veterans of the company the people with the most time.
Well I'm a front load driver in CT with experience and I do one of the toughest front load routes in our company. I plan to move to south Carolina this coming year . I was wondering would it be hard for me to get a front load job and also if someone lives in south Carolina and gets offered a job for waste management in south Carolina do they have to go to Florida for 2 weeks to train or can they train where they got hired?
Theres a car right there low hanging wires so many hazardous stuff why cant it be respected sanctioned off for sanitation lol and accessible to the driver... STRESS FREE... All these analytics to solve issues but the obvious we ignore....is it humanity or is it just not profitable
Shit easy .
...i dont understand the intentional leap through hurdle situations why cant it just be normal situations instead of advanced analytics to create scenarios... It looks cool but if its about safety why play
I'd hate to go home every day smelling like garbage. 🤢
It’s not as bad as you make it sound coming from a retired driver of 29 years. Depends on the route
@@FA-sr6lx once you drive that truck you’ll love it. I’ve only gone home one time a little stinky only because when cleaning the back of the blade I had a bag of garbage and it broke when I threw it over the top of the blade 😄

I was doing this at 14
No you weren't you have to be 18 and have a CDL and experience over the road before you get hired bye local job
I did this in my past life. Stone Age to be exact. We used dinosaurs 🦕 to do the heavy lifting
Great video I’m seriously considering this
Thanks
