I’m so glad to be able to hear a teacher’s viewpoint on what’s going on and how it affects your life and health. My teenage daughter had to switch to a remote learning school to get her credits and obtain a high school diploma. She couldn’t go to regular school in person anymore due to everything that transpired in the past two years since the virus. As a parent, I’m feeling overwhelmed and anxious, but we have to adjust and go forward. I’m glad you are feeling better and able to get back to things you enjoy 🥰😍🌹

Hi Tara! I’m so glad you’re back! I’ve been missing your videos but I totally understand that S.A.D. and anxiety are no joke. I have to be VERY diligent about doing the same self-care things (exercise, sunlight, journaling, etc) or mine creeps up on me REAL fast. Anyways I just wanted to say that you look really beautiful and I’m so glad you’re back 🥰

Oh and welcome back! I was MIA for three months since I had COVID in August and my senses were horrible after, I stopped my perfume search/collecting for a little while. Just used what I had, sold some that I wasn’t reaching for, and now that my sense of smell is back about 90% ….I’m back! Lol! Catching up on everyone’s videos! Glad to see you’re doing better!

Tara ,I understand the anxiety and stress of the last 2 years , this winter was particularly hard for me also and I had no motivation to film ,thank goodness I did have Nora to push me to go on and now spring is here and I’m coming out of my funk 🤨
Hate that I missed the stream last night, but glad to see you back. I feel similar to you. My axiety & seasonal depression has only continued to get worse in the last two years. Looking forward to warmer weather & getting back outside again! May even look into going on medication when the seasons change again.

Yes agreed, my daughter started a new school as a freshman with only one friend she knew from soccer. Because she’s not vaccinated, she’s missed a lot of school this year due to “close contact with someone who tested positive”, thus making it harder for her to develop relationships. Now that Hawai’i has opened up, they will no longer have those stay at home orders, she feels as though it’s her first day of school! I feel so bad hoping she will get out of her shyness and make some friends now!
