Why do the roll test so many times? Also it would be great to incorporate some type of climbing. That short fence is great for vaulting but doesn't accurately assess vertical pull strength.
You go chase a target/suspect who is going to fight back and see how many times you may roll. I'd assume it's to train the ability to get a suspect off of you. Vertical pull strength isn't a skill you typically see used in pursuit of bad dudes.

Vertical pull: pulling a suspect down, climbing over fences or any other higher structure. From my own experience those situations occur very often as well. Again, I didn't mean any disrespect.
