step 14: use a vpn
step 15: you make another account
step 16: you get sued for 4.5 million dollars
step 17: you pay the 4.5 million and now you're broke
step 18: you have no food so you will need to sell your $4k pc setup for food
step 19: you now hate peppy
step 20: you died of stravation
step 21: you starting playing osu in heaven (and ofc you make another account)

Shige has the coolest backstory of any character in the osugame cinematic universe.
Too good in 2013, gets banned on purpose, they don't want to unban him when he decided to come back, proceeds to set absolutely unbelievable offline scores in the meantime, has a random pizza with peppy, gets unbanned, attends the 2018 meet, refuses to elaborate. Typical anime MC.
He's the overall GOAT in my eyes, even as new skill comes and goes, he proves himself to be on top of the game even when he's not trying. I mean, the guy was considered #1 by the community for a decade, was the first insane player to make the ranks, and kinda just played and did whatever he wanted, not for fame or PP or anything. Just 'cause he was addidted to clicking them circles. That to me makes a better story and player than most the competition right now, though I do respect them and their skills.

different situations. shige blatantly cheated with the intent to stop playing, and peppy decided that as the best player in the game, he had the right to an unban.
Whitecat, from the perspective at the time, was a cheater who was trying to claim he was legit. Why would you unban a player if you think he's a cheater and would cheat again?
