Since the CAF Urbos 100 use the L2/L3 announcement, can the Alstom Citadis use the L2/L3 announcements through the L1 Dulwich Hill Line?

They potentially could if they intended to keep the Citadis X05s on the L1 for an extended period of time, but I’m assuming once the Urbos 100 rollout is completed they will be transferred back to L2/L3 services
