Diamond PF top 30-10%: two diamond keys a week D4 in rift: one diamond key per week A lot of my diamond keys came from those two consistent sources while a few others were random AE keys and of course the monthly login one

Is stand out Eliza good? I got her from a Eliza relic and it says diamond
Stand Out is very good as a utility attacker due to her ability to eat opposing buffs
