Thank you for presenting the better side of what south Phoenix has to offer, most videos on south Phoenix only focus on the patches of drug and crime. Many parts of Phoenix has its share, South Phoenix just has a bad reputation. But South Phoenix is changing for the better. And looking to a much positive outlook in the future.
After having lived in Phoenix for ten years, I learned that if you leave it for 3 years and come back, there are parts of it that you will not recognize.
Your videos are awesome, I'm thinking of moving to Arizona in a few years after I finish college, these vids give me a good view of some of the neighborhoods I could consider living in.
Got a job teaching here right on Baseline. Relocating from Kentucky. I know the area has a bad reputation but I'm glad to see that there are some good and newly developed parts.
Do you plan on doing Tucson and Yuma? Also the areas of I-10 from Buckeye to Cali Border is there anything developing out there? And u might have covered this in one of your other videos, but what areas are mostly prone to the monsoon season flooding?
I will be doing both Tucson and Yuma at some point. Not aware of much going on past Buckeye. Monsoons hit Southeast Valley and work across it usually. However, the areas near the mountains can also get hit pretty hard. Sun City area seems to get it's fair share. Same for Gold Canyon. Buckeye just recently had some major damage left from a recent monsoon storm.
I will be covering both of those places in future videos, so stay tuned! I will say that Mesa has bad parts that I would not want to live in, but it also has a nice part that I like, particularly in the Red Mountain Ranch area (north of the 202). It's really huge, so you just have to do your research to find the right areas.
Hello :) Do you know anything about the Vistancia community north of Peoria? My wife and I were really excited to move there until we read the google reviews. Thank you!
I'm not as familiar with the West Valley (I live and work in the Easy Valley), so I don't know much about that community. Sorry I couldn't offer more insight!

Queen Creek, parts of Tempe (stay away from the University because there's more crime around there), Surprise, Buckeye, Goodyear. I'm sure there's more but I am not sure how much you need to live specifically in some of the pricier areas.

No problem. It’s good to see both sides of an area and it will be interesting to see what that part of Phoenix will be like in the coming years.

Awesome content! I like how you can be anywhere in Phoenix and still encounter new development even in the older neighborhoods.
Thanks. Yes, the area definitely has an interesting mix!

Hmm...Perhaps. But considering my wife is filming for me, I wouldn’t know about this filming and driving you speak of.
