Government should try to appoint honest sincere, experienced retired police higher rank officers as Mentors, in the police department different branches, in every level , to guide the newly appointed young talented officers.

So many DGPs come and gone but till date they are unable to crack the following murder cases.a) Ramajayam murder case, b) Ramkumar murder case at Puzal jail, c) Kodanadu loot and murder case. When they are unable to crack these cases can we feel proof our police?
