Change for good with the CO₂ Performance Ladder

Each year, European government authorities spend 2 trillion euros on goods and services, contributing to 15% of global greenhouse gas emissions.

The CO₂ Performance Ladder is a tool that helps governments partner with sustainable companies.
Maud: "The CO₂ Performance Ladder is an easy and effective tool that stimulates decarbonisation and helps governments to buy green and make a significant impact. It also gives a financial advantage to green companies, for instance, in the construction of buildings and railways."
Organisations using the tool cut CO₂ twice as fast as the average.
Since 2010, 300+ governmental institutions and 5000+ companies are using the CO₂ Performance Ladder to cut emissions. With support from IKEA Foundation it wil roll out in 10 more European countries.
