@Grimm8036 honestly, when peppino has 3 lives during the boss fight of angry pizza face, you can see he is using debug mode to get invincibility, that case, he used word "Panic" in debug mode.

Unfortunately you cannot combine mods (assuming this is an Xdelta patch)
