Wow…the kitchen has PLENTY cabinet space..🤗. There’s (3) different levels & all has washer/dryers 👍🏾. Very spacious rooms, a lot of confusion like going thru a maze🤣…The bkyard is gorgeous despite 🍁🍂🍃 “lawn/pool services”…this truly a huge home 🏡…TFS this nicely build home😉
Nice home the only thing that kills me is the unnecessary amount of TVs in that home like I fw the tv near the tub and the closet is a stretch but I get it if you got money go off but then they had a TV in the private toilet part but other than that you could have a family of 10 or simply a group of about 10 people living there

I would rather buy an older home like this one instead of a newer home that aren't built to last since new build have many cut corners to get a sale after 2020... The devs are cutting corners in newer builds..LOL
Nice home and love the outside property. Negotiate the price and use the difference to totally redesign the inside and outside areas...totally. Bedrooms are small but I would knock walls down if possible to make this a 4 Bedroom and it has to have an elevator installed
I liked the bottom floors more than the top floors. But the basement layout was very random and weird that out of all the rooms with outdoor access the master didn't have a private balcony
Skipping the last room upstairs before going down? Why? And leaving us wondering what those doors you skip downstairs too is a bit much. We're not getting all there is in the house. And what on earth is a keeping room?
The flow was difficult and the rooms run has largest number think the master suite was gorgeous!! It's a beautiful home it's just the slow is very awkward!!
Nice home but I wouldn't pay 1.7m....finishes a Lil to outdated...I counted 15 samsungs...10 sonys...5 vizios...2 basements n a dirty ass pool...did I miss anything

The flow is terrible. The best part of the house is the lower level. High end finishes don't always make up for a poor design.
