Great stuff. I'm trying to understand and improve pattern play, and how and when to play safeties. these amateur matches and commentary are incredibly helpful. Thanks.
I get your comments on people criticizing others for their play. I give a lot of credit to those that put themselves out there for others to see, but at the same time you have to expect some criticism when you do. It is just how the world works. And I think some comments are mostly related to the Fargo scores for some that were in this tournament. There were some 600's that simply did not play close to a 600 level and obviously rarely do. They looked more like regular high 400's to low 500's type of players. I saw a video from Sharivari the other day, made about a week ago, where he stated his Fargo was 675. Well if that is the case then there is no possible way the 600's in this tournament were real 610's or 620's. Sharivari would destroy these guys. It wouldn't be close. If these guys were 600's as far as Fargo rating that would put me in the 725 range, or more, if you were comparing actual level of play and I am not close to a 700. Anyway, good tournament and I appreciate the guys putting themselves out there for positive comments and negative comments.
Wow. Just played our league singles and proud to say came in 2nd in a field of 32. Very tough though. Played from 6 pm to 2 am first day and 6 to 11pm on second. I'm 70 years old, I think those tournaments are for younger men! Lol
Thanks, Rick! I appreciate you watching them! I love spreading amateur pool. Let's people know that they are normal when they don't run out everytime, or miss a shot!
Doesn't hurt you, Dave.. lol.. takes about 2 hours to export, another 3 to upload/ process.. the bigger the video the longer that takes. If you want to, get an SD card that's around 32gig and i can give you a copy of the unedited version
@@Amateur_Pool 😂 I mean couldn't you start the export before work and then it's done when you get home and then start to upload before you go to bed and it's done in the morning?
@NefariousMinds ya, that's basically what i do with my regular videos. Your also gotta think.. i can't use my computer to edit during the export. I can get you a copy of it, just let me know.
you ever think about a tournament like this, and then donate the fund to a charity. like a women's shelter. or something on them lines. and the winer getting a big trophy
Thanks for putting these on UA-cam. I really enjoy them and your commentary. Don't change a damn thing! What you do is perfect!
Thanks a ton, Dave! That means a lot

They can definitely be a test of stamina! I have a muscle disorder and, that's what gets me a lot of the time.. endurance
Both of them fellas are great shots and put on a good match! I have enjoyed watching and appreciate you for posting it for us AP - JP

I watch the pros to try to learn, but love amateur matches to bring me down to earth and teach myself it's OK to miss lol
Same here! We all miss!
Well played my friend, with the 2nd part
😁
Nice match good commentary
Thank you!
Told ya . Hey Great match guys . that was fantastic .
Part 2 is posted now. Bill needs to beat him twice to win
great match yall!
You should make a "short rail" hat like Dave's!
Already thought about making a short rail hat.. it'll probably happen sooner than later! Probably won't have the leafs on it though 😁
Little Timmy might subcontract as a video editor? Just a thought.
He'd screw everything up, lol
Doesn't hurt to post up both videos, edited and unedited, with commentating on the edited one only.

Also, Part 2 won't be edited like that. You guys moved quick in that one
@@NefariousMinds i can probably post the raw footage as unlisted and send you the link. No exporting involved in that
Dave has to win. Not enough video left for him to get double dipped
Unless i hit you with a part 2, lol... it's actually up already, if you wanna watch 😁
Dave

Would love to do that but, not in a position to do that right now. I do my best to make ends meet
@@Amateur_Pool Know how that is for sure
