Day 4 sober today and the peace is almost Nerve-wracking me into a series of micro naps.
Plus medical recovery from a huge near death experiance.
Very slow but at least i feel a lot better about it then i have before, haven't called anyone to get my fix not one time four days. I surrender.
Its time. Not sure what to do after that but I'm not gonna stress about it yet. Sleeping and eating like a fat cow is ok. Its enough for now. This is more then good enough.
I bet it's gonna get even better the more ib stick in this peaceful place. Gonna try not to talk myself out of it.
But the power of the word no is also pretty sweet. With no guilt. At.all.

Thank yall. I wish everyone else a smooth comfortable soft transition which plenty of nurturing support. It is a lot harder then I remember it being any other times in my life I've kicked substances. The amount of free time and realizing how much of it you spend on your vice... it's embarrassing lol.
I am hoping it will knock me back into my alignment with the things I yearn for I am not quite sure how delusional I was thinking i could get there as foggy as I have been. It's means a lot to me to be able to say I can at least gain some ground in this area of my life, just try being me without the aid of anything else. I'm not in a place of grief like I was a year ago. But I do realize i have favored turning a blind eye to the wake of my destructive choices. And I'm usually so upfront. Just with everyone else, not with myself. Not acceptable. Disappointed in myself.
Starting from scratch internally. Trying to reset. I have a feeling it will be received well, or maybe I'll have finally fixed what I have stalled out procrastinating being uneasy about the hard work.
I can see why ppl think I don't give a shit. I can see why it doesn't matter what my intended impact was bc the facts are important, but feelings are valid. I feel disconnected and that's really what is driving me insane. So i finally am taking the suggestions. Day by day. I'm 👏 proud of me. I hope I'll be better in tune so my intuitive nature won't be confused bc of all that static and haze up top. Clarity should come to me simply. Until then, another nap!

Ha. 2017 is when I learned about tf’s, dm/df’s etc…and met my tf…you are one of 2 readers/teachers I trust and have learned so much from! This relationship has been a magnificent journey, I’ve been on this journey since I was a little girl. This relationship has been joy, tough lessons, some I wouldn’t want to repeat -so I made damn sure I did my work…we are energetically merged 5D and above, we shall see what it looks like in the 3D as we each live our truth…he’s my best friend and some of our work/mission and life is together, parts are independent. It’s beautiful and tough and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Peace! Thank the Universe. I am no longer afraid. I am self-caring and I love it. Do I have some not so flattering behaviors? Yes. But I try not to label it or categorize it. Will love open for me? I believe it will. Trusting it in an intuitive way!
I had this epiphany myself a couple of weeks ago. Work relationship- codependent and continuously trying to trample the boundaries I have set. Asked my boss to let me take on a different role so I would not have to work directly with this person and he was totally on board with it. He ust hired an outsource company to cover my old role. When you get the message, the universe supports you!

I just find that they no longer will resonate and your soul will naturally move you on to the next part of your journey. I’m super brutal with myself about stuff. I’m the spartan of Spartans. Rather than suggest that we’ve had our “head in the sand,” Sagittarius, 😂 there are some things that present as trauma responses that behave like addictions and I think that’s what you’re talking about.
People who get a lot of tattoos and exercise too hard could be addicted to endorphins … as is anyone who self harms in other ways. These may be hidden addictions because they were being treated like something else, but I don’t think it’s fair to call it putting your head in the sand. 😂
Ditching the toxic Libra is a fantastic idea. I’ve been encouraging it for a long time.

It's funny I've been self isolating. Seeing that my childhood is and was traumatic. I've been in fight or flight mode since before I was 1. I'm 52 now and I'm finally realizing that my family including my daughter are extremely toxic. Ive recently learned boundaries. I also know there is a lot of energy swirling as a collective.
