That looks great. It had to be a lot harder than the video showed. When I was a kid, I helped my Dad built a three foot high retaining wall. That was work. Job well done.

Cut my teeth on a circular stacked stone flower bed at the front of the property, then a small wall at the front of the barn, then a big wall at the entrance gate, now with a place to sit and BBQ. Even with the practice, I don’t believe I got much better at it, certainly did not get quicker at it, and have not learned to enjoy the process a great deal. But I sure like the look of stone walls when they are done, and it has given me a great use for stones that I would otherwise just pile up somewhere. I will say, spring or fall are better choices than 90+ degree summer days to try this. David, as always thank you!

Why thank you JW! Will look better when I get the perimeter wall done, but getting it that far wore me out, so need a break before going back at it.

    Nice video and better patio.
I see that you left the hard work off camera.
I also noticed that you have a hard time controlling the main arm of the backhoe side-to-side and up and down.
I have the same issue on my RK25. - especially side-to-side.

Thanks Paul, and yes, no point in seeing me struggle to much trying to move around 50 - 60 lbs stones, that would just be embarrassing. I do get a little bit smoother the longer I sit in the backhoe seat, but at the end of the day it isn't the smoothest backhoe on the market is it, sort of glad to hear I'm not the only one that is a bit jerky. Still beets using a shovel for sure!
