This innovative process removes impurities and surface roughness while preserving the parts geometries and tolerances, delivering a mirror finish. It is especially effective at polishing parts with complex geometries like those manufactured with a 3D printing or additive manufacturing process.
It is a biocompatible process; therefore, it is also recommended for healthcare applications with titanium, cobalt-chrome, or stainless steel.
