Any issues with a 2020 CVO road glide with boom 2? Does the bag need to bee modified to adapt new speaker?

This kit is not compatible with the 2020 CVO Road Glide with Boom 2. The HD14CVO-STG2 kit is better adapted for your model. However, the subwoofer option isn't available because of the factory bag-lids. You can find info on the HD14CVO-STG2 here: rockfordfosgate.com/products/details/hd14cvo-stg2/

Is the amp bridged for the subwoofer?

Yes! Channels 1 & 2 are bridged to the first subwoofer and channels 3 & 4 are bridged to the second subwoofer.
