I like your guys style (not too much talking about your "opinion" like others do). I do have a question though. Did your frame guy tell you much about the condition of the frame? Was it bent?
I'm looking at an Z06 c5 that has front piled damage on passenger side .so.e how it was damaged from above. Like a giant stepped on part of passenger side windshield. The car is still together fully. My question to you guys is.. could this be an easy fix. The piled is the main concern. Replacing hardtop looks easy.they have tops in salvage yards. Is that a major connection point ?

The frame wasn’t bent. The rear suspension cradle just moved from the impact.
This seems to be a common issue with the c5. My cradle needs to be adjusted also. Need to figure out the easiest way to do it.

I thought these models where aluminum chassis? looks like steel this one. So when did the aluminum chassis start?
All c6 z06/zr1’s had aluminum frames. Including this car.
