Me can't wait
City dont need an expansion if they cant even fill all the current seats
haha
+Julian Kaiser thats due to the fact they are in the championship..
Alex Holbrook lol. Man City arent in the championship
I thought you were on about Birmingham city!! Lol sorry dude..
Alex Holbrook ah no. sorry. I shouldve been more specific!
The new Tottenham stadium does look pretty sexy
OnlyABigGamer but their squad looks otherwise
as fuck
OnlyABigGamer looks a real nice stadium it be good for the local area of totenham
CGRUGBYMAD u sure? Dele? Kane? Alderweild? Dembele? All world class players
I Broke Eddies Ankles lol you named English players who flopped at the big stage
Chelsea's looks like something you get out of a kinder egg.
lool
Chelsea is the best there tbh
+morgan hail hell no lol, it's ugly
+morgan hail yeah
Luke ur ugly
2016:no
2017:no
2018:no
2019: UA-cam Alghoritm: Hey watch this awensome video!
Fuckin hell, will you guys stop with that crap. Not funny after a millionth time.
chelsea's stadium looks amazing!
Shit looks ugly asf LMAO you okay?
HazzerGaming Yes it's pretty shitty
アランゴミゲル bit like your name?
***** yeah i know i like it it looks futuristic and unique
Victor Wanyama pfft shut up victor wnanaanannnanayama ur shit at football.
What's the point of Man City having an expansion when they can't fill the stadium currently anyway???
Dylan Chenoweth third highest attendance in epl
James barker 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂nice joke
AKMD __ look it up
MUFC Stand United k?
Emptyhad stadium😁😁
Manchester City's fans love dressing up as blue plastic seats, now they get to play in front of 61,000 blue plastic seats week in week out!
Very original. Bet you don't even go to your clubs games yet criticise empty seats. Bet if they sold out you'd all say look at how plastic they are
3rd highest average attendance in prem lge so what does that mean for all the other clubs ?
if in a stadium off more than 55 thousands goes 50.ooo every home game that doesnt mean you have a very good attendance.you re 3rd stadium as capacity in pr league.thats at least you can do.to be on 3 rd place.even i dont support any manchester team you re way far from the other one(team),
Everyones far behind that team when it comes to attendances , but not everyone has to share a city with them and share a fan base when that team was sweeping all before them. how many other clubs can say the same?
{>¿
As a west ham fan I quite like chelseas plans !
and of course the olympic stadium !!!
That Tottenham stadium looks epic! I can't certainly wait to play in that stadium in FIFA
neither can I being a Spurs fan Whilst I like White Hart Lane and will miss it when we move I think it's necce4sary for the future of our club.
+sjsharp2007 same here
Plans always look better.
I think it's funny that they added an extra 1,000 more seats than the Emirates Stadium, big middle finger to Arsenal fans haha
funny how Spurs fans are happy cause they'll have 1000 more seats than Emirates... 23 years behind Arsenal, 11 league titles behind Arsenal and yet they are giving a "big middle finger" cause they'll have 1000 more seats in their upcoming stadium.... I don't know how big of a middle finger Arsenal would've given Spurs all these years..
NEED SAFE STANDING BACK IN THIS COUNTRY
Celtic have it from next season, if no problems occur it'll be back in England too I'm sure
It's never been in this country mate
+T2M There didn't used to be seats in the good old days, My Dad will tell you XD
+ITFC GAMING I know but look what happened with hillsborough
Everyone stands up in today's all-seaters, behind goals at least, anyway. That is surely more dangerous than terraces with crush barriers so yes, totally agree. Also with standing areas at least you can move away if you dislike the behaviour of others around you.
Really, really like the design for Chelsea's stadium. Looks special. A lot of modern stadiums just kinda all look the same. From a Southend fan xD amazed to see our new ground on this list seeing how we've been building it for the last 12 years.
haha you know it mate last i heard was defo going ahead end of this year so fingers crossed the work actually starts soon!
Agreed, i looked at the stadium and thought hmmmm.. is this right? But when you look at other stadiums they all look similar so yes it may seem silly to some but if its different that can make us as a club stand out more.
Chelseas looks cool as fuck. Something out of a sci-fi movie.
What makes you think Bristol rovers UWE stadium will hold 28,000?
It's 21,700 with potential to be expanded to 25,000 then 35,000 if required...
+Football is a Passion ah fair enough but if you read down it says in the first line of the description 21,700
+Football is a Passion you deserve way more subscribers
Al qadi (rovers owner) said it will hold 25,000
+JUDJADT apparently
+JUDJADT no he didn't mate you've fallen for the rumors, we have plans for a 21,700 seater stadium and the board have not said it's going to be of a different capacity neither have they officially confirmed we will build this one at all
I'm a Bristol rovers fan and it means a lot that you put that in thanks.
I love the shape of Southend's stadium
My opinion as old german kraut, the old Highbury or the old Wembley Stadium had own more atmosphere and tradition.
A modern look must not be better, they look all the same. You can`t buy tradition. This fucking capitalism destroys the
old real football.
I really miss the old days.
Bro 👊 Agree with you
+ITFC GAMING Thats why english football loses its identity
+ITFC GAMING you an Ipswich fan?
There was very little atmosphere at the Highbury Library. ;-)
+Ziggy Sheppard Shhh keep the noise down.
Liverpool are upgrading to a stadium they ought to have had by about 1990..
+Thom Harrison Probably because 45k capacity was quite big in the early 90s. Back then lots of match-goers were hooligans and football was not as popular as it is now.
Mate, go back and check average attendance in the 80s before you talk. You have absolutely no knowledge about football or must be younger than 25. The 80s was the lowest point of popularity in English football. The game itself nearly died out. Attendance at Anfield was hovering just about 36k for a very long time. Record attendances were about some really huge matches. It's only around mid 90s that football became popular again.
thucydides Neo Well that's all true, so I'll slightly readjust my comment: They're moving into a stadium they should have moved into in about 1999.
Liverpool and Everton could have bitten the bullet and gone for a 70-80k ground share and a seriously world class new stadium, but of course they're too sentimental for that.
+Harry Haymer I think he's trying to say Liverpool and Everton could've made one huge stadium and share it a bit like the two Milan clubs do in Seria, But in the long run it wouldn't be profitable for either club..
+thucydides Neo you know fuck all about football
Yeah we ain't building that anytime soon
AGREED!nPlus Southend our doing crap this season with Payne and Bentley out
I was confident that us Orient could beat u with momentum up with a new manager :(
Matt Bigwood Yup not in a million years
Can't afford the fuckin thing, even with our picked up form
Maybe they can sell some of the teams to Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerburg.
Oh! and don't forget Donald Trump!
im loving the new brentford stadium, cant wait to go to a match there
Anfield is being expanded in the next phase to 59000 with the Anfield Road end being expanded.
+telephonic as much as I hate to say, i like what anfield is doing - building up the stands instead of building a new soulless stadium, similar to what old trafford have done over the years. As a man utd fan, I just hope one day they will eventually build up the south stand and the two remaining quadrants!
bryanng1
Havent they already they say they cannot do the south stand because of the railway line...plus its not economically feasible as well to spend 100 million plus on a stand just to add 10K seats, better to spend that money on the playing side..76000 is your sweet spot thats why it's been that number for 10 years now.
yes the railway makes it difficult and more expensive but it is possible and for no way near £100 million from my understanding, and it will increase the capacity to 94,000. Honesty, 76,000 is only the "sweet spot" because they make it so difficult for many to get tickets even if they are willing to pay. I'd imagine it's the same with anfield! would be nice for old trafford to look complete.
emptihad dont need any expansions. plastic fans
defo! they are plastic as ever
+Mohammed Fokrul Hussain Who do you support Mohammed Fokrul Hussain? Probably not your local team I guess.
+yatesy117 liverpool
+MFH96 more plastic fans
+DIF he is pathetic bet man city fans don't even know anything about their own club
As a Chelsea fan I'm really looking forward to our new stadium. It's unconventional, it's artistic. It will create an identity of its own. I can see in the comments many people don't appreciate the design. Some are even Chelsea fans. I guess I can understand their POV. But I beg to differ. It's awesome if you ask me.
I hate all these new stadiums half of them are soul-less identikit bowls
na i mean the ones likes Middlesbrough, Reading type ones, which all the the exact same just different color seats
+Harry Haymer I agree Anfield is best #YNWA
+AllinOne channel Anfield is shite
+LJHB48 u AR shitee
I agree. I prefer the older grounds with better atmospheres and more sentimental meaning to the fans
I like Palace. I dont support them or anything, but that stadium design is fucking horrific
Agreed
Jesus fuck my mum it is bad
It certainly is, but then anything would be better than the present one.
Ye I support palace and I totally agree
Will .Cons
Chelsea are actually ruining Stamford bridge with that exterior design
+Electric Ed Can't please everyone but we all want to see the back of the hotels, apartments tacked on to the back of the stands. It's certainly different and a welcome change from the usual glass and steel tube stands that look like airport terminals.
+chelseacharger Why cant we make it blue though?
It will be very blue inside with the seating. Outside, it's a bit more awkward. Stamford Bridge has some Conservation Areas very close by so needs to blend into its surroundings. That's why the external pillars are all clad in London Stock brick to match surrounding properties. And why the lower tier will be below ground level to reduce the height of the stadium externally. With maybe a clever blue tinted lighting system, it'll look amazing for evening matches. Hopefully it'll get the go-ahead from the council later this year.
I think it'll look even better in European nights
+chelseacharger someone knows their facts
Nice song I enjoy it😀👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
thanks for putting rovers in there
I miss the good old fashoned 4 seperate stands. Agree??👇
+ITFC GAMING completely agree. most of these don't feel english to me. domes feel too Italian.
+MrGeorge07 agree
Atmosphere will become shit in these new modernised stadiums
My Name Is already has. englands been left on its arse in last 15-20 years for atmosphere. blame the fa for that
you only get good atmosphere in derby games or the championship games
I think an old stadium, heavily gifted with irrepleceable memories, is much more loved than a several million pounds building...
+adi25lps It's not about about new vs old it's about what's going to collapse and kill thousands of fans vs spending several million pounds to create a new safe place and much safer environment where future generations of young and old, families and friends, can create warm history. 'Infrastructure' man. Now if were talking about American football stadiums than I 1000% agree with you. Who the fuck needs a pool hovering over the pitch for an added $55,000,000. Sounds cool but fuck that.
Sick vid!
Anfields looks awesome
Am I The Only Person That's Likes New Stamford bridge
+Alfie Lewis it is awesome though
yes
+Jesterkyle10 Trading Cards I know. Its a spectacular library :P
+Shaun Mclaren Are You An Arsene Not Spend FC Fan
I just can't wait to see us play in it its amazing
Chelsea's stadium looks awesome
AlmightyStarfire lol
AlmightyStarfire You Gotta Win It First
I can tell you if you ant, before the russians chelsea has won two Uefa cup winner's cup and 1 uefa super cup, more international trophies than the entire arsenal history
hong jae booth apte ya
when was last time arsenal won premier league ?
The Stamford bridge expansion looks awesome. It's different and that's good.
it looks dreadful
Great video
Chelsea's looks like the top of a kitchen utensil!
"a tool, container, or other article, especially for household use." yes ;) Reminds me of a whisk or something like that!
+themasterofstealthcj A whisk to beat eggs with, much like what Jose did to us this season.
Beat the fans like eggs.
Chelsea's looks the best. It's actually something original.
it looks like a whisking bowl m8
ORIGINAL WHAT WHAT NO NO MATE
Zak Plays Is it not?
it looks horrible
It's the line makes It horrible lol
some of these look really cool and I want to see them real
Excited for the new Tottenham stadium
The Chelsea stadium is not an expansion, the plan is to demolish the current stadium and rebuild a completely new one... Looks absolutely amazing, cannot wait.
A Chelsea fan, I disagree. It looks awful
really?! I love the bridge as it is of course and don't really see the need to completely rebuild it to gain 15 000 extra seats... but if you look it up the glass and platforms etc. look really good....but chacun á son gout
+Connor Slatter yep, its the worst in that slideshow in my eyes. It looks more like a memorial
+926Gaming Im a chelsea fan but I have to admit the new stadium looks shite
Why would you expand the Etihad?! They can't even fill it now xD
I think they can mate you thick obsessed Mong, sad little boy
Jordan Andre McDonnell It was a joke lmao. Stop acting hard cuz you're behind a keyboard.
+Ardi O'Riordan stop acting hard? That's you I think your supposed to mean mate, behind a keyboard? So what you saying I'd be frightened of you in reality? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂✊💦💦💦💦
+Ardi O'Riordan stop acting hard? That's you I think your supposed to mean mate, behind a keyboard? So what you saying I'd be frightened of you in reality? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂✊💦💦💦
+Ardi O'Riordan stop acting hard? That's you I think your supposed to mean mate, behind a keyboard? So what you saying I'd be frightened of you in reality? 😂😂😂😂✊💦💦💦
Nice to see that some stadiums are reality right now
These stadiums look class. Capacity for some is interesting
What about AFC Wimbledon and Luton's proposed stadiums?
What about Mill Farm, home of AFC Fylde?
crystal palace's expansion clashes horribly with the other stands and it looks vile!
It's fake anyway
Never going to happen.
They only nice stadium on here was York City FC's. Shame they were relegated to the conference.
West Ham was amazing
Nice video
Thx dude
all those stadiums look amazing. apart from Anfield
Anfield looks like the only proper English stadium. All the rest look foreign.
+lak fas What type of colour.
Yellow, brown, black etc
Spurs are headed for BIG big things. COYS.
Increasingly the rising club in English football. Young and talented squad, Poch is one of the best managers in the world and this new stadium with the NFL deal. Big stuff ahead for THFC. COYS!
Joshua Griffith YIDOO
@@DimetriKhan This comment aged like milk. No investment, no trophies, and the squad is stale as 10 week old bread.
the spurs one looks mint
Ashton gate looks sick
Chelsea's looks horrendous. Even as an Arsenal fan I'll admit Tottenham's looks decent though
Tottenhams looks abit like Marsellies
Same
true am a Chelsea fan but that design is shitty..
Ikr it looks like a slinky toy
Bixxy Starnox same it looks horrid
The new exeter city stadium opens in 2016 they have just bought a three piece settee still won't fill it
White Hart Lane is simple but beautiful...
The anfield expansion will be 59,000 or around that after phase 2 of the expansion which is the expansion of the anfield road stand
***** at this moment of time they aren't going to :)
***** RESPECT
Half of these new stadiums look so similar. Remove the club details on it and I couldn't tell which was which. Fine, Chelsea's a stand out for how fucking awful it looks. Spurs new design is just a silver bowl like any other new modern stadium, it's not ugly, actually looks slick but just wished they'd have more innovative ideas. Anfield is Anfield, one look and you'll know where it is. Especially with the new main stand and the truss on the roof. Classic stadium even after the renovation, keeps the old vibes there. Still with an Anfield Road End to be renovated by 2020, pushing the capacity up to 60k. St, James' Park is a good stadium, really like the huge stand. City don't need an expansion. The Olympic stadium as we've seen looks great but in terms of watching football, hear it's a pretty bad experience. Plus Westham are losing profusely and fans start fighting lol.
your just a typical bias liverpool fan
exactly what i thought HAHAHA
They are generic football stadiums they also designed to destroy 'working class football identity'.
i notice the new man city expansion looks full to capacity in this vid
want to have another go mate? lol ;)
its cg you fuckin druggo
alright mike. nice goatee beard
i like your yellow shirt 2
That's because it is full
I know i have not been. But ive seen it on the tele. I wouldnt dare to go to a shit stadium like that. It makes me sick to see such an empty thing.
Nice video guys, hope this doesn't end you up in jail or lockup for a while. Judging on the news reports people are not impressed. Face reveal is always a bad thing.
and suddenly my heartbeat stop...
Southend Uniteds one look good
Don't get your hopes up about seeing it ever built , it's been in planning since 2007 and rejected about 3 times so don't expect to see it any time soon I'm afraid
Anfield
As palace fan I would love to see us expanding our ground :)
Lfc and Chelsea stadium look so sick
Why would any fan want their beloved team to play in a soulless commercialised bowl? My team (Derby) play at the ipro but the baseball ground was our true home
I know no atmosphere
To make them globally popular.
COYI
COYI
COYR
+MVFCfan12 this is west ham not United move from us
+Frankie Moore he's a Liverpool fan... Not united
+Calum Howell oh yeah my bad
Chelsea stadium is unique, will look amazing especially at nights with the lights filtering through
The capacity of the Southend, Bristol Rovers & Birmingham projects seem rather optimistic. Their stadia is going to feel like an eerie ghost town on matchdays.
Mate I'm a Southend fan we sold 40 thousand tickets for Wembley and fill roots hall every game
Your 2015/16 average attendance is just 7,001.
www.european-football-statistics.co.uk/attn/aveeng.htm
If you manage to get anywhere near tripling that figure without Premier League football, I'd be amazed.
Adam Weishaupt tbf everybody gave up coming second half of season we cant have that but got a few years till new one is built and hopefully can get championship
St. Andrews you mean for Birmingham city
TheChickenMan I was gunna say, shit, I didn't know we were getting a new ground! Kro
jacob langford we aren't, but he still shove got the name right
As part of the Commonwealth games bid for the city they want to build a City of Birmingham stadium that we could move into after the games. Originally there was talk of a planning permission application for a new stadium when Carson took over but the crook had no money. Nevertheless, not sure we'll ever see a City of Birmingham Stadium, and if we did not sure the fans would be keen (I wouldn't be for starters). One last thing to mention, the location apparently would be out by the NEC which would be an awful stadium for the local fans.
Ben Tohill ye i wouldn't like that at all. the whole point of st andrews is the history behind it. i hope that doest happen but thanks for letting me know, thats quite interesting
Ben Tohill With St. Andrews all that is needed is to get rid of the cowshed and Gil Merrick stands and just build the rest of the kop and so on, make it into an all seater.
There's a problem with some of these new stadiums, they won't be full like birminghams stadium
How the hell are they gonna get 55,000 people to watch championship football
They're expecting to be in the prem by the time its built. But I think they halted it or something
HammyHD you won't ever know
don't even know if this is still going ahead
Theres 200,000 fans here
And we will be in the prem by 2026 for sure
the Birmingham stadium was given up on a while back - a las Vegas casino firm were backing it but they couldn't get the go ahead to have a casino on site. sucks if you ask me st Andrews is falling apart. I remember part of the roof falling into the crowd one year
i think the best one is the Tottenham stadium it looks beautiful COYS!!
Why is Emptyhad is shown fully crowded ?
It's the *etihad stadium and it's because it is fully crowded
none of these stadiums are coming except spurs lol
Don Dank ikr lol
Don Dank city is
Next year or so
Well they got space to do so
Brentford's is definitely 2018
chelsea is close to becoming reality but 2020 opening :((
chelsea stadium has been aproved at the concil today... so yep, it is happening
Unfortunately Southend's Fosset Farm stadium will likely never be built- the plans have been in the works for like 8 years now and nothing ever happens.
I happy for all the club that are getting new/expanding their home grounds... But, I quite like the old architecture. The modern look is taking over some of the most iconic looking grounds 😔
exactly. The nostalgia I'd slowing becoming extinct
The UWE stadium will have a capacity of 21,000 not 28,000. I know we're big for a league 1 club but we're not that big.
You don't even fill the stadium now
JUDJADT Mate it still int happening pipe down and play in your garden shed
I'm a Southend fan but can appreciate Rovers stadium as one of football tradition. Hate this whole 'garden shed' thing when in reality it is a stadium of history, atmosphere and character.
Anfield should be 80k + and it will be full anytime
No it wont
Chat shit
Ye, full of foreign nobheads. As usual.
Who else can't wait to see uosof do a 24 hour challenge in these stadiums?
Chroma Nebula MEEE
All these expansions and Old Trafford is still bigger LOL, I love being a United Fan.
why would Birmingham get a 55'000 stadium when the can't even get people in now
Right, and its not like theyll be promoted any time soon.
of course we can't fill our stadium now when we don't have an owner and are playing in the championship ffs people are dumb
Could be worse. Im an argyle fan and we were robbed of our championship (maybe even premier league) status when our old greedy board of directors decided, when we were 2nd in championship to scrap all funding. We lost a team who, lots of the players are now prem, and we now are trying to crawl out pf league 2 whilst all of the uk supports every team we play against because we are located so far away from places most people give a toss about. Just look at the disproportionate coverage of our trip to we bley. Hours on the romance of Wimbledon and a 5min afterthought that actually they appeared to have an apponent... Us
On a positive note, our play off final got a bigger crowd then the emptyhad
Y the FUCK is their an etihad stadium expansion
southends looks great, that will be the future for football stadiums. more so for the lower league clubs. to help bring in more money with bars, shops, restaurants ect ect ect
+david vincent I agree, cheers haha Southend are my second team as I lived there for 7 years. Would love to go back one day.
I am a Liverpool fan, but,Tottenham stadium looks amazing
Ha old Trafford will always be the biggest stadium in uk according to club football. All of uk it will be Wembley then old trafford
dont forget Twickenham
Asfand Khan hahahahaaahhahahaha nice 👍🏻 one mate
Asfand Khan dont confuse the man lol
Anay Shah But why aren't man utd upgrading old trafford? the nou camp and bernabeu will be redeveloped soon...just having a big capacity is not enough it also needs to be state of the art...
Leicester fans want an upgrade for their beloved King Power from 32k to 43k. I respect their success, but you are taunting empty seats. Look at Aston Villa. Only established brands like Man United, Liverpool, Chelsea command full capacity in a poor season. But even with these, early walk-outs are common when the team have a string of poor performances. Arsenal always finish top 4, so we don't know how fans would behave in a really poor season; but even this year empty seats were plain to be seen. Ex-great clubs like Leeds and Sheffield Wed. constantly find their grounds too big for them. Actually 32k is a fairly big ground for a medium-sized team like Leicester. 38k -40k would be optimum for them if they continue to succeed in the next few years.
+thucydides Neo The fact that every game has been sold out for 4 seasons and it's near on impossible to get tickets is why an expansion is wanted and needed
+thucydides Neo Everton and Newcastle have both proved that teams can still attract over 35,000 when struggling.
+thucydides Neo Chelsea had attendances of around 7,000 back in the 90's, they are even more fickle than gooners and would soon start walking away if Chelsea continued where they left off this season, they are not in the same company as United or Liverpool, sadly they will probably get bailed out again like usual by their money laundering owner, Arsenal have empty seats because the tickets are a rip off to see a club play for 4th place and fans are bored of 10 years in a row playing for 4th place, sadly we don't have a money laundering owner, we have a asset stripping yank scumbag instead because our board are a bunch of cigar smoking idiots who should all be shot in the head.
+Dan Liverpool are no longer in the same category as United either.
+Thomas Williams Liverpool is not as successful as United or Arsenal in the last 20 years, sure. But my point is that their fans don't go missing. Poor seasons after poor seasons prove that.
spurs and palace both look great
just a quick FYI, the City of Birmingham stadium is a dead project from 2007, thanks to the city council. It's also one of the main reasons David Gold and David Sullivan sold the club. you also showed 2 different renders of a potentially new stadium, the second one is just a mock-up from a consultancy firm. Other previous plans for a new stadium included the "new Wembley" being built in Birmingham.
Why the fuck is the Etihad getting a expansion? They can't fill the seats they have now.
+Sl Ash calm down none of them are are going to be as big as old trafford
Fuck off
Yet still the 3rd highest gates in the EPL go figure?
+Prashant Ghimire a poor teams stadium
***** Yes at half time.
why is Man City increasing there stadium? they struggle now.
wild4fp ya now fuck mci
The new Stamford Bridge looks a bit grim from the outside
like the etihad looks like the san siro and stamford brigde mashed together
What's that shit? Why do they have to change the classic english stadiums style with these space shuttle lookalikes?
+Andrea enott They might be classic but whatever amenities inside are probably way out of date and since games are seen worldwide the owners feel that the stadiums should reflect the new age of sports.
+jennifersman but these new stadiums all look the same for me that sucks.
One person's palace is another's rathole. I guess to some fans they feel newer stadiums are an improvement over what they may have now. If you want an American equivalent, look at what fans in Oakland, CA are dealing with in their stadium.
Haha..
chelsea one looks horrible
The Southend one is cool
Tottenhams new stadium looks really dope.
Would be the best inengland
