I've only cleared one loop of this but it's my favorite Toaplan game. Ramps up the intensity without feeling like BS, great stage variety, and a kick-ass soundtrack.

Upon reading interviews with Toaplan old staff, I'm a bit disappointed that they finished ALL their game completely like how they wanted, and then just invented a story for it in 15 minutes I don't take Toaplan's game stories seriously, specially the Truxton M.D Ending 2 (I am your father)

Dang, killing it as always! How did you know about the airplane part at the beginning of stage 2 though? That seems to be such an odd condition for the planes to spawn.

Outzone is one of my favorite game with Strato Fighter (Raiga from Tecmo). I've played it so much in the 90's ^^ :D Good job ! 999999999999 :D

OutZone and FixEight goes *Run n' Gun* genre of games, not a shoot em' up games.
Reminds me of the 2nd stage of Super Contra. I mean the push-up thing.
