He got lucky and won big on his initial £50 stake. If he hadn't won big then going by the average RTP, the free spins would have basically made him break even.
I've been using Team Casino for about 14 months but i only ever do low stakes offers and always minimum bet amounts. Still, it's netted me almost 7k in that time and is totally legitimate.
