Thank you!! Excellent vid - I got a new router and all four of my Devolo wifi extenders were screwed. This process did exactly what I needed and I had it all fixed within about 15 minutes.

Surprisingly this also works for the Devolo dLan 1200+ Wifi AC You just need to press the Home button on the receiver and the "side button" on the sender unit, without connecting the Ethernet cable.
i downloaded the cockpit on the devolo website, and in the program i deleted my devolo extenders and added them again via the security code and now it works perfectly again!!

My Devolo DLAN 1000-duo starter kit has been really stable and hassle-free during the years, but recently they’re not in sync every morning. I suspect some new appliance in one of the neighboring appartments. Maybe some neighbor has an electric heater (winter’s coming, getting colder an all), or a new water boiler or hairdryer, or another powerline adapter messing with mine through the electric circuitry in the house. What I do then is _press the reset buttons of my adapters for 10 seconds each._ After that, the LED goes from blinking red to off, then red again; the devolo adapters re-initialize themselves, and I can put them back in sync again by pressing each one’s reset button briefly within 2 minutes (as the manual states). Then they’re good for the day.
There is an easier way, simply do a factory reset via the Devolo Dashboard which you should have installed. Did the same thing without having to remove them from their respective rooms. Hope this helps.

for some reason only 1 does send a wifi signal the other 2 doesnt. i cant figure out how to fix it. do you have any idea maybe? (pairing the way it should doenst work. it just destroyes my wifi setup
I am confused because I have a develo that’s in my room to give me better internet while I am playing Xbox series s on my monitor and randomly today I was playing and the internet stopped working and I unplugged develo power line adapter then plugged it back and it was still not turning on I have another develo downstairs but this for the internet box so I can’t take it but the one in my room is not turning on I have terrible internet in my room,can u please help me fix this issues because I didn’t understand the vid
Whenever you reset or factory reset an adapter you must sync the adapter with the main unit. Now the two wifi networks are synced.. and there will be only one network detectable

Hi carl, this is a common fault with old devolos when they go into sleep mode and do not recover. Download the devolo cockpit software from the devolo website, and install. Then connect to the develos, change the settings to turn of sleep mode.

What I did is I unplugged the one not connected to the modem or router, and held the sync button for 4 or 5 sec.
I couldn´t , it connects but 15 minutes later disconnects.
All lights are on and green on every device, but now they don't send a WiFi signal to connect to!!!
Once one problem is sorted, another pops up with these stupid things.
