- So as you may remember we left off with Mike and the Stance Wars team back in Seattle, Washington last year. While on my way home from a shoot in Daytona, Florida recently I got a call from Mike asking if I wanted to come out and film their Vegas show. We booked a flight while I was in the airport on that call. I flew into Vegas with a couple cars lined up to shoot that I arranged through Instagram with the help of California's #TeamReckless. I owe a huge thank you to them as they all helped drive me around all weekend capturing the rollers you see in this film as well as other....interesting Vegas activities. I was beyond thrilled to see everyone from Seattle again as well as new faces from California, Vegas, and surround states. For this film I teamed up with Matt Rosendahl, whom I met while filming in Seattle last year. Matt, who is an extremely talented filmmaker, brought along his anamorphic lens to Vegas lending some amazing flares to the film. We meshed together awesome and our styles and variations in lenses really helped add so many different layers to this project. At one point during the show while the sun was setting, by the way I think Vegas has the most beautiful sunsets, I turned around after prepping some gear and there was a line of people queued up to talk to me. This blew me away and caught me by surprise. So many people picked up stickers and I got to meet so many inspirational and up and coming creators. Thank you guys for bringing a smile to my face and making my trip so much better. All around I had a blast at the show and around Vegas seeing and going out with some of my best friends who moved out to LA. This was such an amazing weekend and I think this film portrays that as such. Can't wait to see what Mike and the Stance Wars team has in store next...

Excellent cinematography.
Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Stance, as I prefer my cars to hit more than 100 Km/h, but a lot of these cars a clean. Just the right amount of stance, and beautifully done. I have to respect the amount of effort these guys put into their vehicles. I only wish someday I can put that effort into mine.
Chances are the majority of them are on bags. Not drastically negative on handling, but the car can still get up and go. Some people race on bags.
Not sure if you're aware, but 90% of the track cars have at least -2 degree camber... For drifting is even more... Different amounts of camber for different styles of racing... Even the older drag cars had positive camber
Yes, I'm aware. I've helped a friend with his Golf GTI. What I'm talking about is too much camber. Like I said, a lot of these cars are clean, with the right amount.

Great Cinematography and video
Very nice video quality but not my type of cars at all. I miss the time when we had dropped cars with nice wheels, no camber and no Golden Gate on the trunk. This fashion in tuning is not from car enthusiasts but douchebags who knows nothing about enhancing a car.
I don't need excuses to feel better than everyone else, people are so lame nowadays, even a dumbass like me is still the genius in the batch. And no, this fashion is not from the same exact people. The fashion i had in mind is coming from Japan, just like this one that is based on the horrible Bosozoku (Probably a mispelling in there) fashion. Nonetheless, back in time, the jdm fashion was applied by guys able to dirty there hands and complicate their lives just to be able to get that extra hp or handling from the car they could afford. Now it's just douchebags and swaggies ruining the handling of their cars, paid by the bank or their parents to follow a trend. Just ask them any basic mechanical question, they'll answer a stupid thing...
The trend i have in mind is between the one from the video and that fast and furious shit. Anyway, the looks is something different for everybody. The point i'm trying to make is that nowadays it's not tuning anymore since there is nothing made by the owners for the performance. The tuning is about ENHANCING your car. Making it barely stable or driveable in any situation is no tuning for me. I won't give more to this discussion, i know it will never end and we won't be able to understand each other.
David Girard you have a point and i fully agree with you, but this categorizes as STANCE. The saying is form > function. its all show and i dont get exactly get how some of these individuals can afford some of this. but like i said, its for show purposes, not for who has the highest HP.
