We done international testing because...we have to lunch application in different country and those country have not Same language same address pin code...
So we have to test the softwer to their language and check whether the software is working according to different language or not.

Why we have to test internationalization is if we launch our software application all around the world there are so many peoples going to use the application many peoples have there own cultural languages all the peoples will not know English language only they have to access with their own language to so the application shuld support all the languages worldwide and if it's a e-commerce website based app if peoples purchases some product their have different currency format also so we have to include all type of format using debit or credit card or online banking format like some of unique things we have to check globalization testing..

I think they're "Released Bugs" (known bugs) from new update... Basically these kind of bugs are Low severity and low priority...
If you really want to report 'em ...take a screenshot and tell them how much that bug impacting the business of client..

Tester might get confused with Features to be bug and vice versa.
Ask interview that requirements are not clear.
Or
Tell him I'm considering requirement for file upload (eg. Size should be 100mb, format supported pdf, txt, xls).
You need to ask again till the time requirements get clear then only you can move to next step for testing
