I was always wondering why he didnt run a lil bit bigger motor on his boats. But u like the 150's mothing wrong with that. Back when me and my dad usex to fish tournaments 150's were popular but most people had 17-18 ft boats. There were some people that had the big 20-21 ft with 200-225 on em. Nice boat ive never been in a vexus that dual axle looks good buddy and yes a lil safer for doing longer trips. Good luck in tourney Tuesdays this year looking forward to watching

Why not fiberglass boat?
You can run aluminum boats very shallow which he likes to do and you can beach these boats on rocks and on shore without having to worry so much about damaging the hull. Also lighter.
